Felix POV

YN was still on the phone when I finished laying out the plates on the table. She has this deadly looking glare on her face that I've rarely scene. And every time I did witness it, spine shivering.

Knocking on the glass to grab her attention, I send her a worried look. She reacts with a smile and a wave to shrug it off.

Minutes after that she went back in and joined me to eat the kimbap I prepared. "Who was it?" I ask, but I'm not sure she'll be honest with me. By the looks of it, she just talked to someone she wants to kill.

"It was just a... an old friend." she pokes the chopsticks on the sliced kimbap.

"Friend?"

"Yeah."

Sometimes I worry about her when a time comes when I'm not here to understand her. Who will? From the span of time I've been living with her I've acquired quite the skill to read her like an open book but my guesses aren't always accurate.

But my point is, I wish she'd be honest with me most of the time.

"You know you can tell me anything, right? Even if it's something really difficult and you think I wouldn't understand." I place my hand on hers that was gripping the table. "I'm here to hear you out."

She glances back on me with lost eyes. A smile forms and she chuckles. "I know that."

"You're visiting the orphanage today right? Will you be okay?" I ask her as I took a piece of kimbap and fed it to her.

She takes the food and answers me after chewing, "I'll be fine. I just need to show up and talk to a few kids."

She's eating slower than usual.

............

"Come one man, stop sulking. She'll be fine." Bangchan rubs my back. "What are you so worried about? I thought you guys weren't fighting?"

"We didn't fight, it's just that...I think she's not telling me something. I mean, she used to tell me everything but this time its different and I can't get my head around it."

"Maybe she's planning a surprise birthday party for you?"

"My birthday is months away, Hyung."

"Well, whatever it might be I'm sure she'll tell you soon."

"Hyung, what if...she wants to break up with me?"

"What?! No! That can't happen and I mean she really loves you Felix. I've seen how she looks at you."

"She looks at you like a dog lookin' at a freshly cooked deep fried chicken dipped in sauce." Changbin comes in the practice room with food.

"Tasty~" Chan teases and bumps my shoulder.

"I look that tasty?~" I ride their joke but my mood just can't go back. I wish she was here.

There's so many questions I want to ask. I want to see her right now. "But I can't! This is so frustrating."

"That's love." Chan teases in a higher note of his voice and grins his white teeth. "You know Felix, I'm really happy for the two of you. Getting into a relationship with the given occupation you both have, that's dedication and just I can't even describe it."

"Me too, I'm just as happy for you." Changbin pulls me in for a side hug. It almost felt painful from how hard and big his arms got these days.

"Thanks Hyung, I'm just glad that me and YN haven't gotten into a huge fight were it's on the peak of breaking." my fingers touch my neck and I can feel my pulse rising. I'm that nervous about the days that will pass by. I have no idea what's on her mind right now.

It's easy to just ask her what's been happening but seeing her frustrated and conflicted face and movements, i don't want to stress her out even more. But isn't hearing someone out a good way to let out their frustrations? That's what my Hyung are doing to me right now, hearing me out.

"I  bet you've got a lot to think about. But for now, we need to focus on that choreography we just learned." Chan ruffles my hair and offers a hand. "YN is probably busy doing her own stuff right now, best we make use of our time."

Right, even though I want to think about YN all day, we have our priorities too. But PLEASE, if she texts or calls me that she needs me, I am flyin' outta here.

YN POV

"This is totally not my day, Dad. Not at all." I mumbled through a forced smile. My father had the same smile, waving at the kids that we passed by with.

Why were we acting like this on our own charity program? It's not the program at all, IT'S THE GOD DAMN SAME BASTARD THAT TRIED TO GET ME MARRIED AND THE BITCH THAT THREATENED MY LOVE LIFE NOT TOO LONG AGO. All caps no filter, man.

"I'm sorry honey, but I didn't know that old dunderhead would also attend the charity program today. He didn't used to participate." he mumbled back, leaning slightly.

"Well, you should've checked the list of visitors with your god damn secretary- shit the bastards looking at us." We both formed a business smile and a nod for greeting.

"I saw you snickering at Chaeyong when we arrived,  what did you do?"

"And why would you assume that I did something???" Is he for real?! Like, I'm the one bussing my brain juices out thinking of ways to kill her without killing her and saving my precious and adorable relationship from the hands of LITTLE MISS 'can't get over her childhood dream'.

"Well that is why I'm asking, right?"  He gives me the look that says, is it some gossip that i haven't heard about? or are you okay, honey? Well both questions sound like him so let's just say both.

"We're talking about this another time." I wanted to spill everything on the spot but the charity program was yet to finish, I am so done seeing that girl's giggling face.

"God, who even set the date on a Saturday? My back hurts." Dad clenches his back, twisting his hips that I swear I hear make a cracking sound. "Ah much better."

"Um, didn't you set the date on a weekend? You're the President, remember?"

"Forgot, hey, can't you-"

"If it's to proxy for you, nope. No thank you, I am good. That position is off limits and out of my resume."

"At least just for one day, sweetie?"

"Unless you want me to fire everybody and hire JYP idols as office workers for the whole day too, then we could come into terms."

"I just remembered how nice my office is, sometimes I even take good naps there."
