1.) What is your name and age? (if you are comfortable telling us)
• My real name is abhilasha, and I am 40 years old.
2.) How did you first land on wattpad?
• I was searching for a story which I left in between some other apps and it was incomplete there, while searching for it I came to know about this site, unfortunately I didn't find it on Wattpad too but to my luck I got to read so many good works. Wattpad is a real bliss for me, as I love reading.
3.) What made you want to start writing? What was your inspiration?
• While reading Wattpad for two years, sometimes when I read the story I used to think that it would be better if the author had added some other point too. It was just my thought, my opinion which I use to keep to myself. One day my daughter suggested that I write a story. I was hesitant at first but I did give it a try. That's how my first story "Stood by you" got started. So you can say my daughter inspired me to write and explore the writing skills in me
4.) From where do you get the ideas of your books?
• The ideas are my own imagination, I first focus on the story plot... I mean complete plot from start to perfect end.
5.) Which genre book are you currently writing? And what are the other genre that you wish to explore in future?
• I am writing "Revenge" which is a romantic story, also a sequel to my previous story, Promised Him. And also "My Tempting Woman" is also a romantic story. I am comfortable in writing romantic stories, but if I could try then I will try some dark romance type of story....
6.) What will you advice to the aspiring, new writers?
• Keep working hard and believe in yourself. Things will get together with time. All the best
7.) Which 5 books of Wattpad authors, do you love the most?
• Unexpected crash of my life by SHineeSunshine The sinner by SkWookie Prithvi by VermillionBlue The wanted wife by Anamika.G.K My woman by SamMurty4 The list is long but still I can read these stories anytime again.
8.) Do you pre-plan the things that you write or it comes to you as you write the story?
•Yes I do pre-plan on some things while the other minor aspects come along when I start writing.
9.) What motivated you to start writing?
• I just want to write some stories that can touch the heart of the readers, and portray some characters that will imprint their mark on the reader's minds. I think this was the thought that motivated me to create my stories.
10.) What are the challenges that you face while writing?
• Using advanced English words and phrases, but I am discovering them now. And writing hot streamy scenes is a tough task for me.
11.) How do you feel and what do you do when readers criticize you or your work?
• Well, I will not lie. I felt bad when first time someone criticized my story that time I even made up my mind to leave Wattpad and say goodbye to writing. But then I didn't wanted to disappoint my loyal readers who were giving there immense support and love to my stories so later on I learnt to just ignore the criticism and focus on my work.
12.) Do you write secretly? Or does your family knows? If yes, then how do they feel about it?
• My family knows about my writing and they support me in this. ❤
