Viktor opened his eyes slightly, his vision was hazy but he could figure out that he was in a hospital bed. And next to him was his partner in Hextech, Jayce.
"J-jayce, is that you?" He mumbled.
"Oh thank god, Viktor. Someone found you with blood all over your desk, but you're ok now." Jayce smiled, but the tears in his eyes could be seen.
Viktor held Jayce's hand, "Don't lie to me, Jayce, how long do I have left?" He responded.
Jayce sat back in his chair, holding his face with his fist, "the doctors have said maybe a couple of weeks."
"That's all the time I need, I'll spend my last moments with you. That's all that I want." Viktor's voice was a careless whisper, Jayce held his cheek lovingly, and kissed him softly.
"If that's what you, want, then that's what you'll get."
"Just make sure after I'm gone, that Hextech will be in good hands."
Jayce smiled.
"I promise, Viktor, for Hextech."
