Our world and the entire universe are governed by laws. Every substance, every particle are binded with these laws, moving in a predictable path as the law directs.
But then came life.
The universe itself didn't know it could exist. It was a distortion in the universe's law. Life was still binded by the laws, but it followed no definite path. It was unpredictable. Having the power to choose its own path, it refused to be directed by the laws.
That power became the 1st Imperium: the Imperium of Destiny.
