"Rona, hi. Nasa'n si VP Leni?" she asked as soon as Rona answered.

"Ah, mada'am senator andito po sa loob pero sorry po ha. Di po kita maeentertain ng matagal kasi nagkakagulo po dito. Sabihin ko nalang pong tumawag kayo."

"Sige. Pasabi tawagan ako agad ngayon."

Then Rona hung up.

Risa knew she couldn't go inside because it would just fuel up the fire. She waited for almost 30 minutes but Leni still didn't call her nor answer her calls.

She ended up calling her staff and meet with them. She drove going to her house since it would be the safest place for the situation. She still tried to call Leni while waiting for her staff. After some time, they came.

"Kelan pa 'to?" she asked.

"Kaninang 3am po. Pero nakita po namin around 5am na po. We tried to report po the account nung nagpost pero it's too late na po. Masyado na pong maraming nakapagshare. Sa fb naman po, yung clerk and yung mga tao po sa kinainan n'yo, I think pinost po nila kinaumagahan lang nung pagstay nyo po sa Baguio. Wala naman po unang nakapansin masyado until nagpost po yung sa twitter. Yung clerk and yung iilang nakapagpapicture po sainyo sa kinainan nyo, nadelete na po nila yung posts nila sa fb, pero again, marami na pong nakapagsave and nakapagpost ulit."

Risa put both of her hands on her face.

"Ano pong gagawin natin mada'am?" her staff asked.

"Let's wait for Leni. For now, let's just continue our tasks. Magpapalit lang ako ng damit then balik na tayo sa Congress. Pinagpawisan ako dun, ah."

So that's what Risa did. She drove back to the Congress but to her surprise, there were media already outside the building.

"Oh shit. Ikot tayo, ha. Tingnan natin sa likod."

When they reached the back exit, there were media as well.

"Oh God. Pano tayo neto makakapasok."

Risa took some time before deciding.

"You know what, nevermind. Ganon rin lang naman. Magkakahulihan pa rin tayo e di tara na." she said.

"Magsasalita na ho kayo?" her staff asked.

"Hindi. I'll wait for Leni. I need your help para makapasok at hindi maipit sakanila."

"Sige po. Kami po muna bababa para masabihan po namin ang security."

After some time, her staff signaled Risa that she could go out from the car.

She immediately walked towards the exit door and the security quickly protected her from the media. But the media still tried to ask her questions and she couldn't avoid but to hear them.

"Senator, gaano po katotoo na may namamagitan sainyong dalawa ni VP Leni?"

"Senator Risa, kaya ho ba isinusulong nyo ang Sogie Bill hindi para sa LGBTQ Community, kundi pansarili nyo po lamang?"

"Senator, si VP Leni ho ba ang dahilan kaya kayo nasaktan at namolestya ng ex nyo noon?"

Risa just continued walking but hearing those kind of questions ripped her.

She and her staff were able to enter the building.

"Okay lang po kayo, mada'am?" one of her staff asked her.

"O-oo. Okay lang. Salamat. Tara na."

Then they proceeded.

Risa entered again the hall. She walked as if nothing's wrong. Loren and Grace stood up but she signed, it's okay and she proceeded on her desk. She prepared the papers and started to work.

After some time, Senator Henry came.

"Now I know. Kaya pala ayaw mo sa'kin sen kasi babae na pala ngayon ang gusto mo."

Risa did her best to ignore.

"Kaya naman pala wala akong makitang ibang signs sa social media mo na taken ka except sa mga anak mo at family ni VP Leni, kasi sya naman pala talaga in the first place. Whoa. This is really mind-blowing." Henry continued.

Risa still continued reading the papers in front of her.

"At kaya naman pala ilang taon mo nang isinusulong ang Sogie Bill. Dati hangang-hanga ako sa'yo kasi sabi ko, wow. Hindi lang women empowerment ang kaya mong gawin, kundi literal na pangkalahatan. Yun pala, sinusulong mo para maging malaya kayo ni VP Leni. Tama ako diba?"

Hearing those, Risa couldn't stop herself from giving Henry a deadly stare.

"At kaya naman pala ganon nalang makatingin at mambakod si VP nung year-end party natin kasi merong kayo. Wow. This is really something."

Risa now trying to calm herself.

"I wonder lang sen, ha. Bakit biglang switch to babae ka? Magaling ba si VP Leni sa-----" Henry was cut off by Risa's slap.

Everyone gasped inside the hall.

"Una sa lahat, sino ka para bastusin ang bise presidente ng Pilipinas? Pangalawa, sino ka para bastusin ang pinaglalaban ko? Para malaman mo Senator Henry, kahit ikaw nalang ang natitirang lalake sa mundo, ipagpapasalamat ko pa lalo na sa babae ako nagkagusto! Bastos ka!"

Hearing those words from Risa, other senators confirmed about the allegations.

"Omg! So totoo nga?" one senator said.

Some senators came to control the commotion. Loren and Grace came, too.

"Tama na yan, Risa." Loren.

Henry then went back to his desk.

"Risa, ikalma mo. Baka mamaya may mapaiyak ka nanaman dito." Grace trying to loosen up the tension.

"Bastos, e!"

"Sssshhhh. Kalma na." Loren.

Loren and Grace stayed with Risa until 12 noon.

"May pagkain ka ba? Lalabas kami. For sure dika makakalabas. Bilhan ka nalang namin?" Grace offered.

"No, okay lang. Baka mga staff ko nalang utusan ko mamaya. Hindi ako nakakafeel ng gutom e. Hindi pa ako tinatawagan o tinetext man lang ni Leni."

"Kalma. Maybe she's trying to control the situation. O sya. Kain muna kami, ha. Sure kang okay ka lang dito?" Loren.

Risa nodded.

When Loren and Grace left, Risa tried to call Leni again.

"Ano ba, Leni. Sagutin mo naman."

She couldn't count anymore how many times she tried to call Leni within an hour, but she didn't get even on text or so.

Around 1:30 in the afternoon, her staff hurriedly came to her.

"Mada'am, nagsalita na po si VP Leni." and showed her the video.

Tears immediately came out from Risa's eyes upon hearing Leni's statements.....
