Jules navigates the submarine, keeping precise concentration on the swathes of deep blue stretching out before them. It's better for her to strain all her energy into the task at hand.
Whenever she closes her eyes, she sees his face. Instantly recognizable by two soulless eyes and a wicked smile, with rows of sharp white teeth ready to pillage for blood. Embodying the character of equal parts psychoticism darkness. Jameson. She was close. Soon she would have to face her abuser. Jules can't pinpoint the exact feeling travelling through her.
She's spent years afraid of him but trying not to show it. Burying the memories. Trying to move past him, trying to forget him. However, she had noticed an important factor. She isn't a little girl anymore. Not the one he knew. He's ruthless but so is she. Jules knows she won't waste a second to spill his blood. It wouldn't be like before. It couldn't be. He needs to pay.
"Jules? Hey, where did you go just now?" Matt places his arm around her, resting his hand on her shoulder. She instantly feels his warmth comforting her. Jules looks up at the man she cares for and wishes she could be good. Fuck everything else and just focus on loving him. That's all she's ever wanted. She smiles weakly. "Not somewhere I wanted to be, you got me back though." Matt kisses the side of her head. "I'm glad."
"Hey, do you feel anything?" Matt frowns. "I'm sensing slight vibrations but we're still not close enough yet."
Matt directs Jules in the direction of the vibrations. As they get nearer, she switches the submarine to invisible mode to avoid being easily spotted.
Then gradually it comes into view. A majestic underwater facility, dimly lit but the vast size could still be seen. "I'm guessing we're here then." Jules nods. "Yeah, I guess so."
-----------------------------------
It was a technical and tricky process, but Jules managed to park the submarine somewhere close but still unnoticeable to outsiders. Since it's still invisible, it was of the uppermost important that she remembered where she'd left it.
Matt and Jules changed into wetsuits and brought their small supply of equipment. Jules memorized the direction the spotlights would travel over the water to catch any intruders, so Matt and herself could successfully coordinate their way across. They swam at not a rapid but gradual pace, to avoid the attention of guards. It was an unpleasant experience but nevertheless they gain access into the facility by sneaking in through the disposal waste system.
Jules strips of her wetsuit and stuffs it in her backpack. They'd locked themselves into an average size room, a long white table taking center stage, and lots of identical chairs lined on either side of it. A significantly larger more elegant chair stands imposingly at the head of the table. It makes Jules blood run cold. Fisk. This must be a conference room, she thinks.
Jules turns around to Matt who has followed in her footsteps and is dressed in his signature black Daredevil suit. He's apprehensive. How couldn't he be, they are about to do something they can't turn back from. He strokes Jules forearm. "We should quickly run over the plan again."
"Yeah, good idea." Jules answers. "Okay so the main aim is to understand the layout of this place, locate Fisk and then recollect and figure out how to bring him in." Jules nods slowly. "Okay...Yeah, I've got it." She says shakily. Matt cups her face with both of his hands and kisses Jules softly. "Breathe, I've got your back." Jules bites the inside of her cheek but still nods. She takes a deep breath. "Okay, let's fucking do this."

Using the vent system continues to work in Jules favor. Matt goes first as he's the one with the impeccable hearing, she follows closely behind.
