Chapter 10

Ariana's thoughts: "She's something else alright."

Max: "Okay, well Niki & Scott will give you details, I just wanted to break the news with you."

Ariana: "Okay sounds good."

(Victoria pov)

Faith's apartment📍

Jace: "May I ask what we are doing here exactly, I barely know this chick."

Victoria: "We are just coming by to drop her hoodie that she left at Ari's...Maybe invite her out."

Jace: "Like a date, I knew it, you like this girl."

I turn around at him in disbelief, ya I'm bisexual & Faith is gorgeous. It doesn't mean I have to like every girl I meet.

Victoria: "Just give me that." I took the hoodie from him.

I knock on the door & she opens up.

Faith: "Hey umm what are you doing here?"

Victoria: "Just Ari told us to drop this off to you."

Faith: "Thanks...well you want to come in?"

Victoria: "Ya."

We walk in & I notice her a gaming controller & headset on the counter. She must be into games.

Jace: "That's sick you got the elite controller, I personally prefer Ps4."

Faith: "Xbox & PC are better, just my preference."

They talk for a little until it gets a little awkward. We don't have anything in common besides music & Ariana, & well she isn't much help around the studio.

Faith: "You guys want anything, to drink water, juice?"

Victoria: "Water is fine, thanks." I nudged Jace's shoulder.

Jace: "Ya...yep water is okay."

We talked for a bit more, just small talk.

Jace: "By chance you mind if I use your bathroom?"

Faith: "Sure, first door on your left."

I noticed something while she talked, like something was bothering her. Work related probably stress, or It could be personal, like Ariana."

Victoria: "Ari really didn't mention you as much, it only started six months back."

Faith: "Like there was nothing to talk about me...my life isn't exciting at all, what did she talk about?" She got curious.

Kinda thinking back to it she mentioned almost everything about her. The only thing was she's the complete opposite of the girl who is sitting right in front of me.

Victoria: "High school moments, when you guys were younger...how shy you were, clumsy & well how ironically your passion for music." She chuckles nervously.

Faith: "Ya that." She looks over at the clock. "Well I guess I should get going, my shift is almost up."

That's when Jace walked back.

Jace: "What's up?" He's confused.

Victoria: "Thanks for having us over." I smiled at her.

Faith: "No problem & tell Ari, I said hi & thanks."

Jace: "Sure will & if you ever need a date I got you!" I punched him in the shoulder. "Oww!!"

Victoria: "Don't listen to him...we'll get going bye."
