"What time is the concert?"

Tessa seemed to wrack her brain for a moment. "Pretty sure it's at 8:30..."

You nodded, somewhat hoping that she was wrong and the two of you would be late and therefore denied access. Did they do that at concerts? You'd honestly never been to one.

"Well, off to school!" Tessa hummed, skipping to your car cheerfully.

Seeing how happy your sister was, you couldn't help but think that the concert might not be so bad.

Tessa fiddled with your radio station, finally selecting an upbeat song to start the day off and singing along in a loud and off-key way that you usually would find obnoxious.

But instead, you smiled.
