We could see Shipgirls and Personnel wearing Formal Attire as they are attending a wedding ceremony

Among them was Cleveland who was close to the Altar of the Church, wearing a Groom outfit and was waiting for her wife to enter the closed cathedral gates

and from there the gates opened and one by one Cleveland's sisters enter making rose petals fall to the ground until it was Montpelier turn who was wearing a wedding dress and was heading to the Altar where Cleveland is 

and as the two are now infront of the altar, Richelieu appeared with Birmingham holding a white pillow with two diamond rings on it and from there Richelieu spoke

Richelieu: Cleveland and Montpelier, have you come here to enter into Marriage without coercion, freely and wholeheartedly?

Both: I have.

Richelieu: Are you prepared, as you follow the path of Marriage, to love and honor each other for as long as you both shall live?

Both: I have

and then the two join their right hands.

Richelieu: Cleveland, do you take Montpelier to be your wife? Do you promise to be faithful to her in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, to love her and to honor her all the days of your life?

Cleveland: I do

Richelieu: Montpelier, do you take Cleveland to be your husband? Do you promise to be faithful to her in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, to love her and to honor her all the days of your life?

Montpelier: I do

Richelieu: May the Lord in his kindness strengthen the consent you have declared before the Church and graciously bring to fulfillment his blessings within you. What God has joined, let no one put asunder.

May the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob, the God who joined together our first parents in paradise, strength and bless in Christ the consent you have declared before the Church, so that what God joins together, no one may put asunder. Let us bless the Lord.

And then Richelieu sprinkles the rings that Birmingham is holding, and then Birmingham gives them to Cleveland and Montpelier.

As Cleveland places her wife's ring on her ring finger, she spoke

Cleveland: Montpelier, receive this ring as a sign of my love and fidelity.

and then Montpelier places her husband's ring on her ring finger saying

Montpelier: Cleveland, receive this ring as a sign of my love and fidelity.

as this is done Richelieu spoke

Richelieu: By the power given to me by our Lord, Jesus Christ, you are now officially married, you may kiss the bride

and so Cleveland kissed Montpelier in the lips and everyone cheered with the Cathedral bells ringing
