As Montpelier said this two huge blasters let out there huge beams to hit Observer Alpha  and from there a huge smoke was formed as Observer Alpha got hit and from there Montpelier spoke

Montpelier: Ms. Yorktown please evacuate everyone, I know why the sirens are here at the first place, it wasn't because of us, it came for something bigger

Yorktown: *Eyes widen* I see, everyone follow me

Birmingham: But what about you sis-

Montpelier: No time to explain, I'll follow you guys later, GO! *Blocks a laser beam by using her sword revealing that Observer Alpha uses her shield to protect herself*

as this happens they completely left leaving her and Observer Alpha

Observer A.(Alpha): I see so you know what I'm after

Montpelier: The Twin-Leviathan, yes *looks at the city where AA guns are being light up as siren planes are dropping there payload and siren humanoids attacking the city* Good Grief this place will be soon be a battlefield well I guess I could use these buildings as my attack and defense

Observer A: What do you mean-

Montpelier: *Left eye shined blue mixed with yellow* Fire and a hole!

and then suddenly a part of a building slammed Observer A to the wall of the corridor

At Yorktown's side

We could see Yorktown escorting some of the shipgirls out of the area as the barrier is now broken with the help of the Independence Class, Birmingham, Biloxi, St. Louis, Essex, and Laffey

While this is happening Biloxi spoke

Biloxi: Ms. Yorktown what did that siren called my sister The Killer of the Knight of the Seas?!

Yorktown: . . . I have no choice but to say it huh, When Montpelier was captured by the sirens, they done something to her causing her to have powers that you just witness, and from there she was put into a lot of simulations, where Cleveland, Columbia, and Denver killed her, beaten her up, and abandon her in battle, she tried to control her sanity, but it break making her a puppet to the sirens and from there they commanded her to kill the Cleveland sisters, I was sent by Azur lane to help Cleveland on her search, but instead I witness them getting killed by Montpelier's hand

Birmingham: S-She killed Cleveland and the others?

Yorktown: Yes, I was supposed to be killed that day too, until a women wearing golden armor saved me and Montpelier, I still don't know what that women did to her but Montpelier returned to normal with guilt on her face as she realized she killed her own sisters, The next thing that the knight did is she gave her a golden ring and tells her to use it's power when the time is right, Only I knew Montpelier's sin until today as I revealed to you guys

and then the group went silent while heading to safety as building started flying meaning that Montpelier is using her powers

At Montpelier's side

We could see Montpelier making a Building float and makes it hit Observer A. and the other Humanoid Sirens with 6 Dragon skull Blaster aiming there beams at them

The Siren Humanoids got hit all except for Observer A who uses her shield but it was starting to break

Observer A: It seems my shield is at it's limit but aren't almost at you limit to Montpelier?

We could see Montpelier's left part of her head being a skull with some of her fingers, legs, and arms turning to bones

This is the limit of her power if this keeps up she'll turn into dust

Montpelier: It seems so but, do you think I'll let you win *Left eye shines brighter once again*

and then Observer Alpha can't move as she felt she was controlled and then bone like spears pierced her body and her shield and then 4 Skeleton hounds were summoned by Montpelier

As they appeared they started to tear and eat Observer A's body, killing her but Observer A spoke before died completely

Observer A: I was only a distraction for Empress to release it, you still failed hahaha!

as she said this and dies the ground started to shake two creatures appear out from the ground with Empress III on the top of the two creatures:

That is the Twin Leviathan, it was supposed to be only one but two where created and they were identical like twins

If they are release, it would cause World extinction so the Sirens sealed it in the Bermuda Triangle until they found a way to control it, That is the reason why the sirens retreated from the First Siren-Human war and returned, they managed to make a device to control them 

Empress III: This time we will win and humanity will die so surrender Montpelier, I have the high ground!

Montpelier: I see I have no choice huh *the golden ring on her left index finger shined*

and then she put her sword on the ground and kneel with one leg and then she puts her left hand on the swords handle and the right hand on the blade with blood coming out

Montpelier: Rise up out of the sea, the one with seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy and sin of humanity."

as she said this 7 Dragon skull heads with ten horns appear with there eyes with different colors and then it's body was like a leopard, with feet of a bear, and had a mouth like a lion.

Montpelier: I summon you here to end this monster as you are the only one that will end the world when the time is right, please answer my call!

and then the beast replied

"I'm the only one who will end humanity, not this beast so I will help you"

And from there the two monster fight with the 7 headed beast releasing 7 colorful beams to the Twin Leviathan, and the Twin Leviathan releasing 2 huge red beams causing a huge blast for everyone to see
