The door to Jungkook's room slid quietly, stirring you slowly awake and soon enough feeling a body laying behind you, chest pressed against your back. "Baby..." Jungkook whispered into your ear, placing a kiss on your neck and bringing a small whine out of you.

"Wakey wakey..." He whispered once more, giggling when you turned to face him and simply snuggled into his chest. "Okay~ Just a second..." You whined, muttering the last sentence as you buried your face into his chest.

"Did you sleep well?" He asked, his hands rubbing your back up and down and caressing your head. You nodded, humming in response. "Yes, I had good sleep. I feel so well-rested." You replied.

"What time is it?" You asked as you pulled back to look at him, your eyes barely open when you looked up at him, making him chuckle. "It's nearly 7 pm." He replied.

Your eyes widened, feeling fully awake as you stared up at him in shock. "How long have I been sleeping?" You asked urgently, his lips turning into a wide smile at your surprised state. "About 3 hours?" He said in a questioning tone, earning a slap on his chest from you which made him wince and chuckle.

"Ow." He said with a fake pout, giggling and smiling at you once more. "This isn't funny, Jungkook! I've been asleep for 3 hours and I haven't even met your parents yet!" You exclaimed while wasting no time on getting off the bed, heading to your bag, and digging out your hairbrush.

"Y/n, they understand-" "They probably think I'm a lazy woman and that I just sleep all day and use your money or something. They probably think I'm a gold-digger or some useless woman that doesn't do anything all day-..." You ranted while brushing your hair, putting the brush away and standing up only to find Jungkook there, a serious stare that made you trail off.

You gulped softly, sighing after that. Jungkook's hands grabbed your shoulders and he shook his head, smiling sweetly at you. "She thinks quite the opposite, baby. She loves you. She knows what an amazing woman you are, she knows that you barely got any sleep last night, she knows you cook me meals, that you help me work." He reassured you, pecking your lips and pulling you closer by the waist.

You wrapped your arms around his shoulders and buried your hands in his hair, smiling and blushing shyly while he hummed. "You jumped in front of an armed girl and took a bullet for me to save me. That shows just how good enough and perfect you are for me." He whispered.

His lips pressed on yours into a sweet smile, making you melt into the kiss as one of your hands went from his hair to his cheek. You kissed for a bit more, the kiss deepening before you two finally pulled away.

"As much as I'd like this to get to more, my mom is waiting for us so we can all have dinner." He said, giving you one last, deep kiss by dipping you to the side, which made you squeal and hold onto him for dear life before he straightened you up again.

You giggled and blushed deeply, licking your lips before squealing once more when he picked you up bridal style. He carried you out of the room carefully and headed towards the main house, walking on the small rock path that connected the different houses.

"Someday, I'll carry you like this to our bedroom on our wedding night." He said sweetly. You giggled at him and kissed his cheek, a smile growing on his lips. "Yeah? You've already thought of that?" You asked with a dreamy look in your eyes.

"Oh, yeah. I've thought of this up to the point where we are sending our kids to college along with Aera." He chuckled, making you laugh softly while he placed you down on your feet once he reached the house.

"That's adorable. That means you already see me as a wife." You said with a shy smile. "Mhm, I see you as the love of my life and the one I'll spend the rest of my life with." He whispered, pecking your lips.

The main door soon opened and revealed a middle-aged woman, making you widen your eyes and pull away from Jungkook when she headed your way slowly. "Mrs. Jeon." You said in surprise, bowing respectfully to the woman who quickly helped you to straighten yourself up.

"Call me Eun Jae or mother." She said sweetly, giving you a tight hug after. You hesitated but hugged her right after, feeling her caress your hair sweetly and sigh. "What you did for Jungkook was brave. You saved my son and I couldn't be more grateful." She said, noticing her voice waver a bit when she spoke.

"If you hadn't jumped, I-I..." She pulled back, tears clouding her eyes as she stared at you. She moved her slightly trembling hands to your cheeks and pulled you closer, placing a kiss on your forehead in a motherly gesture.

"Thank you..." She whimpered softly, your own eyes watering up when she pulled back and sobbed. "Don't thank me. I just did what I could and I couldn't bear to have him or any of the boys hurt." You replied, taking her hands in yours.

"Jungkook is an amazing man thanks to you and his hyungs and I know that if it was me, he would've taken the bullet for me." You added, getting a giggle out of her. Eun Jae turned to Jungkook to see his eyes shined with tears as well, hating the fact that his two most precious women in the world were crying.

She placed her hand on his cheek and caressed it sweetly, "Take care of her. Hm?" She said, turning to you again. "You are both made for each other. I see it." She chuckled, hugging you and Jungkook close.

You hugged her back and closed your eyes, the tears spilling down your cheeks as you sobbed. You had missed the warmth of a motherly embrace, the care, and love in it. "Okay, enough crying. Let's go inside and have dinner, hm?" She said as she pulled back, wiping her cheeks.

You wiped yours and sniffled, looking up at Jungkook with a small pout. You wiped his cheeks as well, sobbing softly when he hugged you close. You were relieved, much more relieved now that you knew that his mother and father not once looked down on you or thought bad of you.

It felt like a thousand rocks were lifted from your shoulders. You were crying from relief now, feeling so much at ease from everything. "Awe, you baby," Jungkook whispered, sniffling as he caressed your back and patted it softly.

"It's okay. See? It wasn't that bad." He whispered, kissing your head. Eun Jae smiled at the two, reaching over to caress the back of your head. "We aren't going to eat you. We are nice people, you shouldn't be that worried." She said comfortingly.

You pulled back from Jungkook, smiling up at him when he wiped your cheeks and pecked your lips. "There, beautiful." He whispered, making you blush.

You all washed your faces at the small water pump outside before heading inside, greeting everyone. Now it was time to meet the father.
