If there was one thing Hawks liked about his quirk, it was the ability to command all his feathers. He had used them to save people from danger, he had lost count and ultimately did not bother to count how many people he rescued using those feathers.

"Do me a favor one more time," he muttered, eyes closed as he focused on pinpointing that one feather that he's sensing.

He had hoped that it wasn't just a lone feather left from a rescue mission, he hoped that feather was the one he left with you that night. He was hoping, silently, and almost desperately. He wanted to find you, to see you, to hold you.

"So please, tell me where you are."

Hawks realized that he must have been too far, his senses may be sharp but at that point he can only sense a tingle, nothing more. He's too far. Spreading his wings, he leaped from the building and started to fly northwestward.

The sky is starting to show its most majestic canvas, the sun setting under the horizon. It wouldn't be long until night falls, but Hawks can't stop now. Otherwise, tomorrow he might be back to square one. He doesn't want to lose this sensation, he had felt it before, but this sensation was stronger, so he knew you were closer.
