Lailie is a girl raised by her distant relatives. They don't treat her right but she keeps going. What happens when they find out she is a little? What will they do? Where will she go? Who will help her?
*beep* beep* beep*beep* "Ughhhhhhh" I slam my hand down on my darn alarm clock to shut off the incessant beeping. I groan as I slowly roll out of my bed and head upstairs to start on my chores. -time skip- As I'm finishing to wipe down the counters in the kitchen I hear the little kids waking up upstairs. "Oh shoot! I forgot about breakfast!!!" I exclaim to myself I move as fast as I can and grab frozen pancakes and shove them into the microwave. As the microwave is going I pull out four plates and some cutlery and quickly set them out. *beeeeeeeep* Quickly I place pancakes on each plate, drag a chair to the cupboard, and stand on my tippy toes in order to reach the syrup. Now that the table is set and my chores are all done, I run down to my room in the basement so I can get ready for school. I put my long curly hair in a pony with a black ribbon and put on a pair of dark grey leggings and a big pink sweater and some white sneakers.

Once I'm dressed and ready to go I go to the bathroom and then begin to sneak out the back door. I give just one longing glance at the family sitting at the table eating breakfast, reminding me of the family I lost long ago
