"y/n! Are you crazy?" her best friend yelled.
"But what did i do?" the girl asked confused.
"We graduate in a week and you really want to become a forensic doctor?" her friend continued as she was in shock because her friend never told her anything related to this.
"What? Is my dream. You, yourself, said that 'always follow your dream, y/n'." the h/c girl continued confused.
"Well, yes, but it's this what you actually want?" she asked.
"If I didn't i wouldn't apply to college, you know?" y/n asked a little pissed off as she felt that her friend wasn't on her side.
"Let me tell, Hibiki about it." her friend quickly as she grabbed y/n's writs and drag her around the school to find their boy best friend. "He's again staying with those 2?"
"Those 2?" y/n asked and the situation to her became even more confused as she didn't understood what's wrong with their friend spending time with those 2 guys.
"They are delinquents, y/n." she whispered to her friend.
"Okay, and? Am I supposed to do something? You make me confuse." y/n said as her face showed an awkward smile.
"y/n!" the female whispered-yelled as she smacked her head. "Those are the Haitani brothers." her friend said making a big deal out of it.
"I am aware of who the Haitani brothers are, yet I don't see a reason for you to make such a big deal out of it." y/n explained rolling her eyes.
"They kill people." she said and her voiced cracked a little.
"And so you can, but you don't do it. It's an everyone choice if they want to murder someone or not. You can easily kill me right here, right now but your impulse isn't as big as theirs." the girl quickly explained as she started walking towards their male friend that was chatting with the brothers. "Hibiki, g/f/n is bothering me." the h/c girl quickly runned to him, knowing he had a soft spot for her.
"Oh? Is that so?" Hibiki said softening his eyes as he looked at the h/c girl.

The boy's action caught the brothers attention as they didn't know about a girl that he loves in his life. The brothers and Hibiki were close, after all they were coming from the same part of world. Hibiki was also preoccupied with gangs but not much people knew it, y/n and g/f/n didn't knew about it and they still didn't found out or if they did they just didn't said something about it. The brothers grew interested in the girl that just ruined their talk with Hibiki, they seem way to close, the way she touched him, they could be in a relationship. But on the other hand, the girl was just friendly and maybe sometimes material, she wasn't into him, she saw him as a brother sometimes. The reason she met Hibiki was because of g/f/n, that insisted on y/n meeting one of her friends and they grew closer. Though, it was a one-sided love as y/n didn't have any feelings for him as she already rejected him a few times but they remained as friends.

"Hibiki, is she your girlfriend?" one deep voice said that soon caught y/n's attention.

Tall, long hair, braided, dyed in one or two colors since she wasn't sure which one was his natural color. She wasn't sure if he was Rindou or Ran. They looked alike and she wasn't interested in them to know their names that well. But she knew what she needed to know about them, which was enough for her. Though, his question did annoyed the girl as lots of people mistake them for being a couple.

"No, just close friends." the h/c girl quickly said, as she wanted to close the subject since it was too personal for her friend.
"Oh? I've never saw you with him." the other male with glasses said.
"Let's just keep it that way, shall we?" Hibiki quickly entered the discussion before y/n could give any information about her to them.

Hibiki was scared of any gang members following her around and do something to her, so he tried to keep their outside interactions as distant as possible even with y/n's touchy personality. Hibiki never knew Haitani's next move and they could always back stab him so easily and quickly and them knowing about her existence was no good.

"Why? She seems nice." the braided male put a big smirk on his face. "At least tell us your name, pretty thing." his hands soon found their way under her chin forcing her in a eye contact.
"Don't." Hibiki quickly whisper to the girl.
"y/n l/n." she confidently said as she didn't want to look scared or weak in front of a man.
"Ran Haitani." he said as he released her chin. "It's a pleasure meeting such a beautiful girl." his smirk grew and Hibiki became more tense and Rindou was simply bored. "Tell me, y/n, what's your career dream?" he ask as he was now analyzing the girl.
"Forensic doctor." an answer that the brothers sure didn't expect.

She looked way to innocent in that uniform she was wearing, yet her dream was something that didn't really suit her face or at least the present face of hers.

"Oh? Good luck then. You sure need it. See ya later, Hibiki." the older said as now both brothers were leaving.

When they were far enough, Hibiki quickly looked at her both angry and concerned. She wasn't aware of what she did or that's what the boy thought's.

"y/n, do you realize what you did?" the boy quickly looked at her as she slowly walk into g/f/n direction.
"Full aware. High school ends. Who knows if we are going to be friends in 5 years from now on?" the girl said as she quickly put a smile on her face as she was only meters apart from her friend.
