Stage one of a storm.
Dark clouds begin to take
shape and surround the sky that
in which had been temporarily clear.
Water fills these clouds and roaring
booms of thunder echo in the distance.
And soon, water droplets will fall
onto the Earth below.
Yet, hidden within the stillness
is the storm's desire to grow stronger—
to replace the serenity with a rush of chaos.
