At the base

It had been a week since the Gold ranger showed up and despite Elouise and Solon staying up late we still haven't found him although something was wrong between Zayto and Elouise, Ever since she went after Zayto she's been off with him and unless it came to ranger work she ignored him "Focus on your opponent and execute your combo" Zaytos voice broke me out of my thoughts "You know, Ollie, a PB&J is not the kind of combo he means" I joked as I noticed him sat off to the side "Can't train on an empty stomach, right Izzy?" he smirked just before the alarm went off "Heads up folks, we have a visitor." Solon revealed as she showed footage of the gold ranger walking around Dinohenge "What's he doing here?" Izzy asked as we all crowded the console and I noticed Elouise give Zayto a sidewards glance. The gold ranger teleported onscreen and a second later he showed up behind us "Thought I'd drop in and say hi." He told us before demorphing, he smiled as he quickly looked us over before turning his attention to Zayto "Zayto" He greeted him rather coldly "Aiyon" Zayto acknowledged him "Don't just stand there, Bring it in" Solon welcomed him with a hug which brought a smile back to his face "It's been 65 million years, and you haven't aged one bit!" he complimented her "You're still a charmer. And thanks, I moisturize" She laughed "So, you're the new rangers. I'm Aiyon" He introduced himself "Antennae, Huh? Are you a knight of Rafkon like Zayto?" I asked him "Yeah, I was. Ooh, Food!" He admitted as he noticed the sandwich in Ollie's hand "Can I try? I'm starving" He told us as he took the sandwich and started eating it. The look on Ollie's face caused us to laugh a little "Mmm, Sweet and Salty." He hummed "I thought our team was lost all those years ago. How did you survive the great sporix battle?" Zayto asked him dampening the mood "It doesn't feel like years to me. I'll show you, The last thing I remember is launching the final attack to obliterate the sporix beasts" He revealed as he placed his hand on Zayto's shoulder "We had to abandon the megazord. I must have had to sleep at the bottom of the ocean for eons, until ... the green morphin master appeared." He told us and a couple seconds later he pulled away from Zayto "Morphin master?" I asked him "But lord Zedds not on Earth anymore, He's been gone for ages" Izzy stated, "Maybe the nexus prism wasn't looking for something but someone." Ollie suggested "It did dive down into the ocean" Elouise reminded us "It must have told the morphin masters where you were" She continued as she walked towards Aiyon "So when Zedd escaped us, they woke you up." Javi guessed "So you'll have to fill me in on who this Zedd guy is and whatever a nexus prism is. Oh! but first, Have you heard anything about my zord?" Aiyon asked "Not a peep. I'm sorry, Aiyon" Solon informed him as he and Zayto awkwardly glared at each other "What's with the down vibes, gang? It's great to have another ranger on the team. Isn't it Zayto?" Izzy tried to lighten things up "Yeah" Zayto agreed sounding anything but happy "I'd love to be a part of your team, But I have one condition. I should be the leader" he suggested, "Excuse me?" I asked and everyone but Zayto and Elouise looked as shocked as I felt "Why? Zayto is amazing" Javi asked "Not exactly" Elouise mumbled from beside me "So you haven't told them, Zayto isn't the great leader you think he is." Aiyon stated, "What are you talking about?" Ollie asked "The truth about the sporix?" Elouise asked him earning a nod as he walked towards Zayto again "I was his closest comrade. We were both proud knights, eager to protect our planet. Then the news came one of our higher-ups informed us that evil forces were nearing and that they planned to create an army of sporix beasts to defend Rafkon" Aiyon revealed, "Your people made the sporix beasts?" Izzy asked Zayto "There sporix beasts were supposed to fight with us to protect our planet. But the rest of our knight squad knew the people in charge hadn't done enough testing. Zayto could have stopped it, but he didn't." He continued his story "Us knights took matters into our own hands and tried to stop it. Instead of helping us, the sporix beast devastated our planet and we were no longer friends" Aiyon finished stepping away from Zayto angrily as the rest of us glared at him "you could've stopped the sporix beast from ever existing, and you didn't tell us? I angrily asked him as he avoided looking at anyone directly, The alarm went off drawing our attention away from Zayto "Speaking of sporix beasts, We've got one at the port." Solon announced "I owe you all answers, but right now we've gotta sporix beast to deal with" Zayto told us as he walked over to Aiyon and used his teleporter to teleport the rest of us out
