What Is And Should Never Be

"No, no, no the creature that took all those people. It's a Djinn! It put it's hand on me and then I woke up... next to..." I said, trailing off, getting worked up. I ran a hand though my hair, trying to calm my nerves. "Dean I am really freaking out right now! I woke up in bed next to Sam naked! I think that means we had..." I started to say.

"OKAY! Too much information, (Name)." Dean exclaimed, interrupting me. "(Name), you're drunk. You're drunk-dialing me." He said. "What? I am not drunk. Quit screwing around!" I growled.

"Look, it's late. All right, just get some sleep and, um, I'll... see you tomorrow. Okay?" Dean said. "Wait, Dean! Dean!" I pleaded, but he already hanged up. I put my phone back in my pocket frustrated and looked around.

I found an envelope and picked it up, seeing that it is addressed to Sam, but the address says Palo Alto, California. Wasn't that where Sam used to live when he went to Stanford? I narrow my eyes at the envelope. "I'm in California?" I muttered, confused.

How the hell did we get here? We were in Illinois just a moment ago, now we're somehow on the other side of the country?! The next two envelopes are addressed to me, same address as Sam's. "What the hell?" I grumbled.

"(Name)?" I heard Sam's voice say behind me. I drop the envelope and spun around to see Sam in sweatpants, leaving his muscular chest exposed. Oh god, seeing his muscles always make me want to melt into a puddle.

"What are you doing up?" Sam asked, getting me to stop staring at his chest and look at his face. "Heeeey uh... Sammmm. I uh... I didn't see you there. What's uh... what's up?" I stammered, smiling nervously and making fingers guns with both of my hands.

Sam sniggers, shaking his head and smiles at me as he crosses the room to towards me. I gulp, backing up into the table behind me. Before I knew it Sam was right in front of me, slipping his hands through my arms, to place them on the table behind me.

I hunched down while he lean over me, his face just above mine. I stared up into his hazel eyes, feeling like my face was on fire as my stomach turned into like fifty NO a hundred knots!

"Nightmare again, huh?" He asked, softly. "I uh... s-s-sure." I stammered, feeling my mouth dry up the moment I try to speak. "Aww, I'm sorry baby." Sam said, removing one of his hands from the table to cup my face.

I gulp, too afraid to speak, move, or even blink at the moment. Sam then leans down and pressed his lips against mine for a warm kiss. I let out a sound of surprise as my heart burst in my chest.

This was the first time I ever kissed someone, so my brain short circuited.

I stood there completely frozen as Sam kisses me. I want to say it felt nice, I mean, Sam Winchester... SAM FRIGGIN' WINCHESTER is kissing me! It should feel nice... but it didn't. Something about it just felt wrong.

Sam pulls away from the kiss and caressed my cheek as he smiled at me, tenderly. I blink back at him in confusion. ".....Why did you do that?" I asked, quietly, and Sam scoffs. "What, I'm not allowed to kiss my fiancé?" He asked, and I blinked several more times, confused. "............Wut..........?"

Sam smiles, shaking his head. He remove his hand from my cheek to take my left hand, holding it up for me to see an engagement ring on my finger. How did... how did I not notice that was there?! "We're..." I mumbled, looking at the ring. "We're engaged?" I asked, looking up at him, confused. "Yeah. What did you forget?" Sam teased.

"But... we're not even... I mean... didn't you want to marry Jessica?" I asked, and Sam gave me a confused look. "Who?" He asked. "Jessica. Jessica Moore. You're girlfriend that Yellow-Eyes killed." I said. "Wow. That must've been some nightmare you had." Sam said.
