In the ruins of what was once a great city filled with overgrown trees and plant life we see a giant crater in the middle of it that was caused by a huge battle between the machine lifeforms and the androids of Yorha just a few moments ago, the camera moves down towards and into the crater before moving to the side, there we see a large rectangular shaped rock almost like a door, the camera moves through the rock to reveal a hidden staircase that travels deeper into the earth before finally opening up into a decently sized chamber with several pieces of technology and devices, the most notable being two large cryo pods at the back of the room both hooked up to a large console with a large red button on it.
Suddenly the earth shook a bit causing some pieces of rock to fall from the ceiling, one particularly large piece fell from the ceiling and landed right onto the button with enough force to push it down, several lights along the exterior of the pods began to flash as the ice within the pods began to thaw out allowing their contents to become visible.
In the first pod was a young male human who appeared to be about 19 years of age with silver white hair and dark grey eyes with light skin, he wore a rather elegant white suit that had surprisingly been preserved within the pod alongside him.

The second pod had another human girl who appeared to be 8 with the same light skin and silver hair as the boy except her eyes were a dark red in contrast to the boys grey eyes, she wore an elegant black dress and wore a small red pendant.

These two were Leon and Anna Vikters, the last two humans on Earth.
After the ice had completely melted the pods began to open up, Leon and Anna remained frozen and sitting on the seats within their pods before thawing out and falling down face first onto the ground simultaneously.
This, marks the start of the adventure of a lifetime.
Leon's POV
Slowly I began to open my eyes, my whole body was freezing as if I had been buried alive in snow, not to mention I had a massive headache that made it difficult to think.
I tried to move but my limbs felt sore and numb, so I started small by wiggling my fingers and toes within my shoes to slowly get back my sense of feeling, as my body began to warm up my senses came back to me.
