Agent Ted Larson had called Mrs. Jones to tell her that her son was his way home. Jack's parents had also learned that their son was on his way home as well along with Lexi Finn.

Instead of meeting at each other's house, the 3 families decided to meet at the park.

When they saw the 4th younger man with them, the families and Woodland and Marky Demars of course grew concerned but in the end there was nothing to be afraid of.

After introducing Cooper Marson to their families and Woodland, Cooper felt as if he had been allowed into a special circle of people.

One where people cared about you.

And he some how still felt out of place.

Cooper watched as Lexi and Woodland hugged each other.

Cooper also watched as Lexi turned to Marky Demars and slapped him before giving him a hug and kiss on the cheek.

Cooper watched Jack's Mom give her son a lengthy lecture about why he should be care full and then hug him.

Cooper watched as Patrick gave his mom a hug.

"Cooper?"

Cooper turned around.

Benji and Mandy were standing behind him.

"What?" Cooper cringed when he heard himself speak, he sounded a bit snippy.

"We were wondering if you wanted to join the group for dinner" Mandy asked.

Cooper looked at them and then back over to where the other families were now sitting at a large picnic table.

"Why?"

"You saved my sister and her friends lives by going against the Fisherman, in my eyes you are a hero" Benji said.

Cooper let out a chuckle.

"Up until recently I was a follower, I think I even participated in one of their punishments too. I am no hero, I'm a villain"

Mandy and Benji looked at each other.

"You brought them hope. You made them feel again. From what little my mom told me, they were starting to believe the lies that the Fisherman was telling them. Lexi just told me that you got Jack Thomas to talk again" Benji said

"Yeah Patrick said that if you hadn't decided that you wanted to go home, they might still be that man's slaves. They were on the verge of loosing their minds. They were breaking. You kept the Fisherman from winning." Mandy said.

That got Cooper to smile.

Two minutes later the three found themselves eating with the rest of the group.

Lexi, Jack, Patrick, and Woods were safe and once again together.

All was good until, Woods's phone rang.
