Nero and I have been wanting to spend some alone time together so we had my sister take all three kids to the WWE show. Our children love attending the show when they can because the experience overrides watching it on just the television set and it's a great bonding experience since they adore Mike.
"We should really get going if we want to grab lunch together." I tell Nero as he sprays some sunscreen on his legs. "Plus I'm getting tired of feeling the sand between my toes, I'll never understand why people love it."
Nero chuckles, "I was waiting for you to start complaining."
"Did I set a new record?" I ask as he checks his watch. "I'm pretty sure I haven't complained about anything today."
"No." Nero shakes his head, "You complained about where I parked the car and the pictures that I took of you."
I giggle, "Well one of us has to stress since you're out here living that stress free life of yours."
"Freya." Nero grabs my face with both hands before kissing my lips. "You really are my dream girl."
His words make me smile, "I thought Jennifer Lopez was your dream woman."
"She couldn't even compare to the woman that you are." He pecks my lips before pulling me down so we're laying on the beach towel in eachother's arms. I smile as I rest my head on his shoulder and he kisses the top of my head. "When you hear about high school sweethearts, you always wonder how they are able to stay together that long. They have to deal with sleeping with that one person for the rest of their lives and there are many experiences that get missed out in the process of it."
I look up at my husband.
