~Confusion~

"We're here!" My shouted, unlocking the door and pushing it open. It was a nice house. Bigger then the one back in Boston, but no mansion. I best pick a room and start unpacking. I've got school first thing tomorrow. Yay.

I walked upstairs and was met by a landing. There was 5 doors from the landing leading off. I'm guessing that means a bedroom for each of us and the other is a bathroom.

I had a look at all the rooms and eventually chose the biggest. I had the biggest room back in Boston so I'll do the same here.

--

Jesus.

That took way to long. I've only just realized how much stuff I've got. Anyway, now that's over, I should probably go see if there's anything to eat, it's almost 7 and I haven't had much to eat all day.

I start to walk down stairs and then end up in what I think is the kitchen but I can't really tell under all the grocery bags.

"Oh hi darling." A voice said from behind all the bags.

"Wow, someone did there shopping." I joked. I was mimicking her. It was the thing she always used to say whenever I got back from in town shopping.

"Yer, I know, I'm just being safe." Again something I would reply with." Anyway,  someone down the road invited us to a house warming dinner to Welcome.  Be ready in an hour." I nodded and ran back upstairs.

What do I wear.

After looking for a little,  I settled for black skinny jeans and a white peplum top and black combat boot's, my favorite pair of shoe's I own. I loosely curled my hair and added a  tiny bit of make-up but not overboard with it.

I jogged back downstairs and did a 360 turn for mum.

"Beautiful love. Anyway, best get going. Boys!" She shouted upstairs. Seconds later, 2 little figures wearing chequered shirts sped past me and to the door. Rolling my eyes, I followed them out, mum bringing up the rear.

--

As we walked up to the door, I started feeling nervous. What if I give off the wrong impression, what If they don't like me? No stop Atlanta, just breathe and be yourself. My mum tapped sharply on the door twice and took a small step back.

The door opened to revel a tall middle-aged woman with dyed blonde hair (I could tell by the grey roots.) A huge smile spread across her face when she saw who it was.

"Oh, you must be the Comfort's. Please, do come in." She stood back, gesturing for us to walk inside. Their house was a bigger then our's, not quit twice as big but close to it. As we walked in, we were met by a boy, about the same age as Brooklyn. The woman came and stood by him.

"Hello, My name is Gina and this is Grayson." She said, gesturing to the boy. He smiled at us and then ran off in the direction of what I assumed was the kitchen. "My husband, William, is just finishing dinner. Please, come sit down."

We all followed her to a big room with a dining room table set up in the middle. We all sat down and started talking again.

"I can't help but notice, but I remember you saying on the phone that you had two son's." My mum asked curiously.

"Oh I do, his name is Chandler, he is about your age." She said, looking at me. "Unfortunately, he is out at his friend's at the moment but you will see him around school." She finished, smiling at me again. "I'm so sorry, what's all your names?" She said again, looking around at all of us.

"Well, that's Noah, he's my youngest son. That's Brooklyn, and this is Atlanta, my eldest." My mum said, beaming at us all.

"Nice to meet all of you." She said again. At that moment, a tall bald man came through a door way with some plates.

"Dinner is served!" He chuckled, distributing the plates between everyone. Through the rest of dinner we all talked laughed and told stories, I was having a great time and didn't feel as nervous as I did before.

--

"Thank you so much for the meal, It was lovely." My mum thanked again. We started to walk back down the road and was just about to go out of sight as a car pulled up outside of the house. I didn't get a very good look of who got out the car but from what I did see, he had long ish floppy hair that curled out a bit at the ends and was quit tall. Mind you, most people are tall compared to me. Just then, his head turned in my direction and a shot of confusion spread across his face, but before i could do anything else, we had turned the corner.

Thank's for reading the next chapter. I know at the moment it's really boring a rubbish but I promise next chapter does get a bit better. Chandler will actually be in it, not just his hair. Anyway, thank's for reading again and I'll see you next time, BYE!
