After driving to the campus and walking into my first class of the day , I hear a lot of people talking . Of course it's expected because, come on , we're all college students , but it just had to intensify as members of the rather infamous fraternity Kappa Zeta Phi walk in , including but not limited to , my own older brother . "What's up everybody?! The Zeta boys have entered the building!" My brother yells at the top of his lungs , angering our professor . "Mr. I/n! You're late . You and your "Zeta boys". Why can't you be more like your sister for goodness sake?" Our professor rants . "Professor Walker , could you please stop comparing us? It gets very annoying considering the fact that you do it EVERY YEAR" I question .

"My apologies, Ms. Y/n. Now, Jeremiah, you and the rest of your friends need to sit down and catch up on today's lesson ." Our professor informs . My brother and his friends finally sat down in
their "reserved section" of the classroom , which just had to be right behind me . Not all of the people in KZA are annoying , but damn do they make wack ass first impressions . "So sis, you heard about that dating door thing?" My brother asks .

"What dating door thing?" I inquire . "You know, the one that the student government is setting up?" My brother tries to ring a bell, but is proven unsuccessful . 'I have no idea what you're talking about ." I reply. "Okay , so the student government is sending out flyers with a quiz that basically a personality test to help select random students to go on a date ." My brother explains . "Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen ." I comment . "Why do you say that, little sis?" he ponders .

"Because what if you guys match in some areas , but there's this awkward ass tension because you don't know each other?" I question. "That's the whole point of the date . To alleviate the tension." he answers . "I don't know how I feel about that ." I decide . "Well that makes one of us , because I already signed up ." he informs .

"Of course you did ,  Jeremiah ." I comment . "What's that supposed to mean?" he questions . "It means that you would sign up for some stupid shit like that without a second thought ." I answer . "Whatever, Y/n ." My brother scowls before the bell rings for us to head to our second class . For me that was music psychology . My major and quite frankly , the only class I actually enjoy on this piss poor campus . I walk in the class and see only two people in the class: the professor and my sort of friend/partner in every project , Liu Yang Yang .

"Hey Y/n ." Yang Yang greets . "Hey YangYang ." I reply . "Do you know if we have any projects or anything?" "No, none to my knowledge." he says . "Okay then . Just wanted to be sure ." I reply . "That's fine." Yang Yang says . "You heard about that dating door thing?" I ask . "Yeah , I did . All of KZP signed up for it ."Yang Yang answers . "What do you know about KZP?" I question . "I'm friends with the leader ,, your brother that is .. and a few other people in the frat too, but mostly him." Yang Yang answers .

"Wait, you're on the basketball team too?" I inquire . "Correct ." YangYang says . "Damn you look different off the court ." I comment . "What's that supposed to mean?" YangYang questions. "It's not a bad thing . I just never expected a basketball player to own so much leather ." I answer ."Well you learn something new every day."Yang Yang says sarcastically .

Y/n looked at me with a weird smile on her face before shaking her head and walking off to her desk in the front of the class . "Catch you later emo boy" she spoke and I smirked just sitting back in my chair . The teacher spoke about how music is one of the best forms of therapy today and how it helped a lot of people , the whole time I'm zoning out because of y/n . She wasn't necessarily doing anything it was just .. her .
