A/N: so long since my last update.

SOLITUDE
Many joys I find myself alone,
From company all so far apart;
Free enough to my own soul explore
With no friend near but my heart.
How sweetly run the hours, I'd say,
Far from, alike, the friend and the foe;
How robust, far from joy and sorrow
My meager fleeting thoughts do grow.
Seated, happily forlorn, on this deserted spot
From the worries of mundo myself I free;
I dispel the haze of things external
Till my soul reapproaches me.
And then my battered heart begins communion
With a voice that's born anew;
And the voice drown me in a happy song
Of joyful aloneness through and through.
