Author's POV
Y/N slowly dropped her handbag to the floor after locked the door. She felt stupid for confessing and hoping that a man would like a girl like her. Her phone vibrated in her bag but she just let it be.
San was calling her to check if she reached home safely. He texted Alice to ask her if she could calls her because he knew that Y/N won't answering him at this moment
After half an hour laying down on her bed, she sat up and searched for her phone. She saw ten missed calls from San and few messages from Alice.
She didn't want to call San back and read Alice's message.
Alice :
Where are you now?
San really worry about you.
Did you get home safely?
Reply me in one hour if not I'm gonna call the cops 😤
Alice didn't meant to threaten her but because of few bad things happened to her in the past, she needed to make sure she was fine.
Y/N replied her message with "I'd already reached home half an hour ago. You can tell him that"
Y/N tossed her phone to the bed and sighed. Her tears has already stopped but she still felt sad and heartbroken.
Her legs stepped to the shower and wanted to take a warm bath to forget what had happened

The next day, Y/N went to the office as usual and Chaeyoung asked her when she went to her desk
"Are you crying yesterday night?" Chaeyoung asked and Y/N quickly shool her head
She looked at her up and down before shrugging.
"Anyway.. I need you to pass this to San. Remember about this report that you needed my signature and him? Now you just need his signature before email this to them" Chaeyoung have her the papers and Y/N turned silence
"Are you okay? You look kinda...quiet today" Chaeyoung asked and Y/N let out a big sighed
"Give me that" She took the papers and stood up
She'd already thinking to forget about San and pretended nothing happened but it was still hard. It was impossible to forget someone you like in one day. Her mind already thinking ways to avoid him at all cost but Chaeyoung already broke the lists.
Y/N sighed and went to the building where San's office located at. She saw Rose and Rose greeted her
"Good morning Y/N. Can I help you?" Rose said and Y/N flashed her weak smile
"Is San in there?" Y/N asked and she nodded
She was looking to the space for few seconds before thinking to go there or not. If she chose to avoid him, she would rather to give this files to Rose but because this report was part of her work, she would needed to settle this as part of her responsibility
She knocked onto the door and heard his voice to come in. Heavy sighed leaving her lips before she turned the knob
Her eyes could caught his surprised expression when saw she was here. Y/N slowly walked to his desk and avoided his gaze. She felt embarrassed and dumb about what happened that night.
San looked at her cold eyes that not meeting his vision. He knew she was avoiding to look at his eyes.
"Y- Y/N... Are you ok-" San paused when Y/N interrupted
"I'm sorry to bother you San.. Sorry.. I mean sir. I want to give you this report for your signature. I'll give it back to Chaeyoung for the meeting later" Y/N said in monotonous tone while her eyes still fixated to the desk
