Chapter 2 - Arguments

"Louella Darden! What the hell is this?!" Heather yelled walking into louellas room
"A detention? It's not that big a deal" Louella laughed
"It's your 4th one this week Lou! You don't get to do this!" Heather yelled
"Do what?!" Louella yelled
"I lost dad too you know! But you don't see me acting up like this! Your were going to science camp Lou!" Heather yelled
"No! Dad wanted me to go there! That died when he did! And so what if I'm acting up? Who gives a fuck?!" Louella yelled
"Your grounded!" Heather yelled
"Ugh try me!" Louella yelled
"I swear to god Louella" Heather yelled
"What are you going to do? Call Kelly and Casey to clean up your mess like you always do?!" Louella screamed as Heather walked out and slammed the door
Kelly walked in the door just in time to hear all that, Heather was in tears when she walked downstairs
"Hey, what's going on?" Kelly asked as he touched her arm
"She's being a bitch Kelly, I don't know what to do with her! I lost Andy too! I can't deal with that and this!" Heather sobbed
"I know, let's sit you down" Kelly said as he guided her to the couch
"She's being so difficult! That's her 4th detention this week Kelly! That's not like Lou!" Heather said

Kelly then calmed Heather down and walked upstairs, he knocked on Lou's door
"Go the fuck away!" She yelled
Kelly opened the door
"1. Don't fucking swear at me! 2. Quit being a bitch!" Kelly yelled
"I am not!" Louella protested
"You are Louie! I get it okay. Loosing your dad has been hard on you and your mom" Kelly said as he sat down on the edge of her bed
"Oh please it's not hard on mom! She couldn't care less! She gets all the attention she's ever wanted! I'm here Kelly! And she can't see that! Every time I need to talk to her she sends me off to you or Casey!" Louella yelled
"She's struggling Louie, you just can't see that" Kelly explained
"She's not struggling!" Louella protested
"Your dad meant the world to her okay?" Kelly said
"He meant the world to me. Why didn't you have his back!" Louella sobbed
"I know, I'm sorry kiddo. I couldn't get to him in time" Kelly said softly
"Why did I have to lose my dad? He said he would always be safe! It's not fair! ITS NOT FAIR!" Louella screamed
"I know kiddo, I know. I've got you" Kelly said as Louella sobbed in his arms

It's later on that night and Kelly has gotten Louella to sleep. He walks down stairs to see bags sitting by the door. Casey then walks in the door as confused as Kelly. Heather then walks out her bedroom with a paper in her hands
"I can't do this any more, pretend I'm fine. Deal with Louella all the time. It's too much. I'm leaving" Heather announced
"Heather you can't! What's about Lou?" Casey asked
"I need you both to adopt her" Heather said as she sat the paper on the table
"Adopt her?!" Kelly yelled
"Keep your voice down!!" Heather yelled
"Heather, we can't do that!" Casey said
"You can, it's what Andy would want! I'm not coming back any time soon. I need people I can trust to take care of her" Heather explained
Kelly and Casey exchanged concerned looks
"Please" Heather begged whilst holding out the pen
Casey took the pen and signed the document without no hesitation at all, he then handed the pen to Kelly who sighed before walking over and signing the paper himself...
