Welcome to my first weight loss diary^^

I'm trying to lose some weight because prom is coming up in a little more than a month, so I want to be able to be at my goal weight by then. Hopefully, keeping up with this book will help keep me accountable :))


Starting Measurements:

- Height: 166 cm (5'5)

- Weight: 49 kg (108 lbs)

- Waist: 73.5 cm (29 in.)

- Thigh (R): 49 cm (19.5 in.)

- Thigh (L): 48 cm (19 in.)


Note: I have a relatively low bone density, so my weight may make it look like I'm really skinny, but I'm not.

Anyways, let's move on to my weight loss plan!
