Once Again Part 2

The king died leaving the throne open and every subject of the kingdom wondered who their next ruler would be.
The king's advisor was no fool. He had a plan. The king's advisor, Sir Benjamin, plan was to make his only surviving and youngest son, William, the new king. However, Ben knew that the few royal members that were left would greatly oppose to this idea. Ben had previously known of this flaw in his plan and had kept the key that would make his plan work safe from the mad king at all costs. To not let any harm reach her, he had locked his key up in a castle.

The key to his plans was Victoria. Victoria had royal blood even if it was thin, but compared to the royal family that was left she was more royal than they could ever be. Ben met Victoria in her tower and told her about his son. Vic knew that she really couldn't become a ruler of this country and succeed without the support of Ben. As a result, she agreed to marrying William.

After their quick speedy marriage the coronation followed and Victoria was pronounced Queen while William became King just as his father had planned. Ben was overjoyed with the success of his plan although he still had more in store for the newlywed royal couple King William and Queen Victoria. What really was needed to show that his plan had succeeded was a heir, a child.

For this to happen, Ben drugged his own kind hearted son who would never do something that the other person refused in order to get results. The plan as always was a success and soon it was made obvious that the Queen, Victoria, was expecting. At the end however the couple paid a price and that was that they never touched each other again from that day onwards. Will felt great deep regret and guilt towards his wife whom he had forced himself on and Vic couldn't bring herself to look the man in the eyes and to see that he was truly in order to forgive him.

Then one night at the palace with a loud cry of newborn baby, everything took on a new bright light. Even though both the king and queen had not really wanted the child and were really not happy about how he came to be, they fell in love with the little baby boy when they set eyes on him.

As Prince Jack grew up he developed his father's skills in sword fighting and horseback riding. He also resembled his mother with his dark colored hair and cold exterior, in addition, he inherited her love of reading books as well. As a young man he was quite the talk between the young girls of the kingdom for his looks, skills, and knowledge. But no matter how old he got he still couldn't bring back his parents together without tricking them into meeting him together without their knowledge. Grandpa Ben had already told Jack of why they were so distant from each other when he was old enough. After knowing the reason, he did at first blame himself, but then realized that it has already been a very long time and that they should just get over it already. They were adults, for god's sake.
