It seemed the shock wore off after a few seconds - or maybe it didn't because the only thing that changed was that Minho stopped staring at him and instead shifted his gaze to everywhere except Jisung's mom and her son.
Jisung's mom on the other hand seemed like she wanted to say something but couldn't exactly find the right words - Jisung could tell. He didn't know what to say either because he felt like with that one statement he had already sad enough and to not make things worse, he just kept his mouth shut.

"Oh, um, we'll talk about this later, Jisung." The woman clearly forced a smile onto her lips and ushered the two of them away with her hands.
"You'll be even more late." She added and Minho - because Jisung still wasn't able to do anything at all - quickly grabbed Jisung's wrist and dragged him towards his car after bidding goodbye to Jisung's mom.

Only when Jisung was safely seated in the familiar black car and his boyfriend had started driving, he snapped out of his trance.
"Oh my god, I'm screwed." He said, eyes focused on the road in front of them.
"It'll be alright, babe. She didn't seem angry or anything. I'm sure it was just a shock for her because you never even gave hints." The older's hand found Jisung's and he reassuringly intertwined their fingers, proceeding to steer with his left hand only.

Jisung turned to look at Minho who kept his eyes on the road still. They were so simple words but the way Minho had said it and how he took Jisung's hand just comforted the younger.
"Can you stop the car?" He asked, still staring at Minho who turned to look at the blond for a second before putting his attention back on the road.
"Why?" He asked, a hint of worry in his voice.

"I want to kiss you."

"Oh." A laugh escaped Minho's mouth, turning into a lasting smile.
"We're already late as it is. You can kiss me later as much as you want." He responded, seemingly amused to which the younger pouted and slumped back in his seat. It was more than clear that he could do everything but do anything with Minho that exceeded hugging at school. Even hugging would already be weird for two guys.

If Jisung had known beforehand that being apart from someone for more than an hour would be this hard, he probably would've never gotten into a relationship. He recalled how it felt when he had a simple crush on Minho and that little sadness when Minho wasn't at school. But than was easier to handle because back then he hadn't been close to the older the slightest and there hadn't been the possibility of touching, hugging and kissing him - or staring at him without it being creepy. Hell, he really hoped that this was just some part of some phase when you first get into a relationship because he really had trouble staying away from Minho - which was made even worse by the fact he literally had to stay away because no one could know.

After what seemed to be thousands of hours of classes, Jisung finally strolled through the hallways with Felix by his side. Seungmin - who he had filled in about everything by the time - was sick and not at school so Jisung had to, more or less, hang with Felix. Not that he minded, though. The only problem was that with Felix he couldn't be too obvious about the whole Minho-thing. Thus he had to act like he was not looking for Minho the whole time they walked through the hallways after their classes.
Jisung tried his best to keep up the conversation about how vending machines were weird yet genius, but when he finally spotted Minho, he unconsciously stopped walking, making Felix come to a halt as well and give him a questioning look. Before the younger could follow Jisung's eyes, though, the latter quickly turned back to him and gave some random statement about their conversation topic, not even quite sure himself what he was saying, yet Felix seemed to understand.
