"You asked your mom right?" Bri asked Jasmine.

"Yeah, she was down."

Bri and Jasmine were sitting on the bench at park. As the summer was coming to a close it seemed everybody wanted to be outside. Bria noticed some girls starring a whole in her face but she let it go.

Bryan rode up on his bike by her with his friends behind him.

"What up?" He said looking at Jasmine.

Jasmine laughed. Bryan's crush on her was well known.

"Boy, what you doing out here? You know you not supposed to be out here." 

"Man whatever, how you doing Jasmine." He said ignoring Bri.

"Boy, you need to get your ass back in the house before ma get home." Bri said.

"Man, I'll be back by then." 

"Hi Bria." Bryan's friend A'kim said.

"Hi A'kim." Bria said and he blushed.

"So what y'all bout to do?" Bryan asked.

"Nothing with yo ass. Take your ass in the house."

"Shut up Bria, I don't have to listen to you."

"I'm watching you so you do."

"You can't leave me in the house by myself so if I'm in trouble you are too."

Bria sighed.

"Man, bring yo ass." Bria said standing up. "Let me take him back in the house."

"Chill I'm gonna be in the house before mommy come."

"Too late." Jasmine said.

They looked where Jasmine was looking. They saw Beyoncé's car and the window rolled down.

"Yeah, gotta go." Jasmine said and ran.

"Yeah, bye Bry!" Bryan's friends yelled and rode off.

"Shit." Bri said under her breath.

"Bryan!" Beyoncé yelled.

It seemed the whole park heard her. Bri ran over to Beyoncé's car.

"Ma, please chill." Bri said not wanting to be anymore embarrassed than she was.

"Come here Bryan!"
