Lyrics:
Your stitches are all out
But your scars are healing wrong
And the helium balloon inside your room has come undone
And it's pushing up at the ceiling
And the flickering lights it cannot get beyond

Oh everyone takes turns
Now it's yours to play the part
And they're sitting all around you
Holding copies of your chart
And the misery inside their eyes
Is synchronized and reflecting into yours

Hold on
One more time with feeling
Try it again
Breathing's just a rhythm
Say it in your mind
Until you know that the words are right
This is, why we, fight

You thought by now you'd be
So much better than you are
You thought by now they'd see
That you had come so far
And the pride inside their eyes
Would synchronize into a love you've never know
So much more than you've been shown

Hold on
One more time with feeling
Try it again
Breathing's just a rhythm
Say it in your mind
Until you know that the words are right
This is, why we, fight
This is, why, we fight

Meaning: I think this song is about someone who has struggled and has had a hard or troubling time in their life. They don't feel well and people notice that. I think the singer is trying to tell them say what you feel. It's not that hard, it's "just a rhythm". That they just have to find the words that describe or feel right to them. Everyone else got their turn to say what's on their mind, so it's the main person's turn.

They thought they would have moved on and felt better by now, but they don't. They feel left out and alone, while everyone else is proud of themselves, maybe because they had their turn to express themselves so the misery in their eyes is gone. The chorus is repeated, then their are some "Do, do do do..." stuff, then the end of the song.

Moral: Even if you've been through some rough patches, if you feel something and you feel it needs to be said, search down deep for what you are exactly feeling, then say it. It'll be over before you know it.
