"Okay. Lets go Mari. Ill explain everything about the outside world in the car. You know what a car is right?" "Ash just because ive been in my box doesnt mean i havent explored places before ive holed into the box for 11 years. "Oh ok. Lets go, we are burning time!" I cheered. We went to the car and Mari went into the drivers seat. "Whattt are you doin'?" I sang worriedly. "Im driving. Get into the passenger seat and lets go." I looked at him with a confused look. "You are able to drive?!" "Why do you think i went into the drivers seat? Just tell me the directions." I just nodded, satgave him the keys, and sat in the seat obediently. Can he really drive? He started the car and pulled out the driveway. I told him directions and he drove the car with swiftness and ease. Within half an hour we were there. "Wow! That was fast!" I exclaimed. He just grinned and gave me the keys. I put them in my bag and we went through the admission gate. Mari just looked at all the booths and rides with fascination. "Do you like it?" He nodded still paying attention to the rides. "Hey Ash. Lets go on that one." He said pointing at a roller coaster. I followed his eyes and gulped with fear. The roller coaster was massive, with jaw dropping twists and turns. Screams loud enough to make anyone deaf, it was basically all you could hear in this place. (A/N: I would luvvv to go on a ride like that! Im the second thrill seeker in the family. The first is my dad. :p) Mari looked at the expression on my face and smirked. "Are you afraiiiddd?" He sang. O. M. G i wanted to smack that smirk off his face! "No." "Oh really then. So we can go on it now right?" He questioned, his smirk becoming devious. "Uhhh... Sure." I said back. He looked at me. He grabbed me by the arm and dragged me to the line. There was only a handful amount of people on line. In only a few minutes the line disappeared completely. I wanted to make a U-turn sooooo badly but he kept dragging me to get on the ride. The workers helped us get strapped in the seats. My face was probably filled with fear. "No no no no no no no noooo..." i mumbled loudly. "Too late to chicken out of this one Ash!" The rides started to move slowly going up. Mari's white pupils got brighter with excitement the more we went up as I, on the other hand wished i had a paper and a pen to write my will for when i die. Soon we reached the top and the ride stopped. I looked down and we were wayyyy to high! I saw some workers smirking and waving on the ground at everyone on the ride. Then they pointed down to the ground. I didnt know what it meant until, at incredible speed we dropped down. I started to scream loudly as Mari started laughing with joy his arms and hands in the air. We went through twists and loops for a long time. After a while i got used to it and started to laugh while everyone around me screamed. Within minutes, the ride stopped. "Awww.. I wanna go again..." Mari said pouting. "We'll come back later. We need to explore everywhere first!" We out of our seats and went to look around. We went to an ice cream stand. "Mari pick which one you want. Ill pick mine too." He looked at the variety of ice cream as i did the same. "Blue Bunny Vanilla Giant Sandwich." We said in unison. We shared looks and laughed. "You two sure are quite the couple!" The woman giggled before handing us the ice creams. "Oh! I should pay-" "No miss. Its okay! Its on the house!" "Are you sure. I should pay.." "Go ahead you two love birds!" "Thanks. Thats really generous." Mari said before we both left.
No Body's P. O. V.
None of them heard anything after that. "Its ok Ashley. You'll pay with your soul." The woman said before laughing to herself. Marionette and Ashley unwrapped their ice cream bars and munched away on it. After that they went to a ring toss booth. Little did they know it was a bit rigged to make people lose. Ashley tried a million tries but couldn't get all five rings on the winning pole. "Hey Ashley let me try." Mari said. He was determined to get the prize for Ashley. In only one try, he got all five rings on the winning pole." Woah. When did you become a ring toss pro?!" "Dont know. It was easy, i barely tried." The booth person looked impressed and gave Marionette a giant stuffed teddy bear. "Here Ashley you keep it." She blushed and took the stuffed bear. "T-t-thank you.." she stuttered. Marionette just smiled and kissed her on her forehead which made her cheeks a even deeper red. Time passed as they went from ride to ride, having fun, eating foods like popcorn and candy apples occasionally. The sky started to get dark as the sunset ended leaving stars in the sky here and there.
Ashley's P. O. V.
"Mari, we should do one more thing then leave. Its getting late." He started having a pouty face. "Pleaseeee dont give me that face..." i whined as i tried to look away from the adorably sad eyes. "Ughhhh... Lets just get one last food and leave." He nodded. I then spotted a cotton candy booth. "Oooohhhh lets go there! " I cheered. I bought a bag of cotton candy and took a handful. Mari did the same and took a bite. His eyes widened and started grinning widely. "Ashhhhlleeyyyy.... Buy more!" He pleaded. "Finee. How much bags?" "10 million." "Be serious!" "15." "What!? These bags are giant! Why would you want 15!?" "Because its good." He said stuffing his face with the blue cotton candy. I laughed and bought 15. Mari looks like a child. Its cute for him. He carried the cotton candy and i carried the stuffed teddy. We put everything in the back seat and drove back home. I settled the teddy on the couch and the cotton candy in the kitchen not minding Mari. I go back to the living room and see no one there. I look around the house until i check my bedroom. There he was, sleeping on the bed peacefully. I just shrugged. Oh well, i wont mind him staying. I changed into PJ's and laid in the bed next to him. His arms grabbed me by the waist and yanked me closer. I just smiled and kissed his forehead. Good night Mari.
