(2): Bite of '87

Leah's P. O. V.

That was close. I almost blew the lid off of the pot. I've gotta be careful.

As I walked down the corridor, I began think about Ashley.

She's pretty and a brave one if you ask me. I'll give her that. I can't believe that bastard wanted to try something on the poor child. I wonder what he's planning, because if he is planning something, it's never good.

I slowly leaned on the wall and began to climb the wall when no one was watching. I was now on the ceiling and crawled my way into Kids Cove and turned back to my original form.

I'll just be the mangled animatronic at Kids Cove, hopefully I can fix my self together and be myself again. Someone help me be my old self again...

Ashley's P. O. V.

I don't know what was going on!  Am I in danger?
"Freddy... Am I in danger because of that man?"
Freddy frowned but quickly smiled.

"Of course not Ashley! Get up to the front seats so Bonnie, Chica, and I can sing you a birthday song!" He cheered.
Something still doesn't seem right but I'll still go with him.

"Ok! I'll see you on the stage Freddy." I hugged him lightly and ran to my front row seats. Freddy went onto the stage.
"Hey kids! We have a special song to sing for a special birthday girl! Ashley!"
The crowd cheered and clapped at me as I beamed a bright smile.

Freddy started to sing as I rocked to the beat. After the song was over I went to Kids Cove.

I was horrified to see children ripping wire from wire off of the fox animatronic. As kids were taking stuff from the pink and white fox, I screamed to get their attention.

All the kids looked at me.
"Dont take apart the animatronic. How cruel is that! The fox is meant for fun not to take parts and build stuff like a Build a Bear! Put the parts back and leave the fox alone!"

Everyone obeyed me, they put everything back in place on the fox, and played with something else.

The fox then spoke.
"T-thank you. T-the kids a-always do this t-to m-me. I-its saddening b-but what i-im gonna d-do huh?"
"You can speak!?"
"O-of course i-i can sweetie. I d-do have a voicebox but i-it's a bit m-malfunctioning."

The fox reminds me of Leah but as a human. Leah studders a lot just like the fox. Plus I bet if she wasn't all wires and parts that she'd be beautiful!

"Do you know a girl named Leah? You reminds me of her." I said as I gathered her wires from around the room.

The fox froze up but then returned to normal like she never froze up in fear at all.

"N-nope, not that I k-know of!"

That was weird. It was like she was hesitating...

"Ok. Wanna play with me?"
"S-sure Ashley!"

Ashley and Mangle played games for a few hours.

"Lets play hide and seek Mangle!"
I learned her name after she told me not to call her Miss Fox anymore.
"Sure I'll c-count to t-twenty. You better hide..."
I giggled and left to hide.
