"The seats are utilized in such ways to keep cost low." 'Izuku' said explaining as he just stood and grabbed a hook his feet magnatizing to the floor. "Each trip to and from earth costs about 5 USD total to run so charging 2 bucks a passenger isn't a death sentence to our economy."
"How do you keep such a low cost?" One asked.
"Because the ships are designed and built with titanium alloys and carbon nanotubes. Each one can remain in the air indefinitely and are capable of lifting 66 metric tons without a change in speed. The highest one has ever gotten off the ground with was 100 metric tons but it was slowed by the load."
As the airship pulled into the loading bay an arm grabbed the ship and a path appeared.

"Correct." Cortana said "All inhabitants and anyone in the city need only ask and I will assist."
"So your like an Alexa?"
"No and yes." She said "My duty is to ensure the citizens are a an optimal balance of Freedom and Safety."
"So what exactly is the government of The Iron Ring? We were told it was a democracy but if robots run things how is it not a cyberocracy?"
"The Governing AI have studied the collective history of all nations as have my creator and have come up with an optimal system to run the city without infringement on the lives of citizens." Cortana said "Many flags have appeared that have been addressed to ensure a system with as few possibilities of corruption as possible."
It was shown how each citizen had a Chaincode registered along with a proper scanned file on their body. "A trend of dead citizens voting is common in the United States and has caused many issues however with this method along with all citizens having a 1 million digit Citizen ID number much similar to a License number or a social security number However this method has lower chance of identity theft."
"So what about things like privacy and civil rights?"
"Oh all citizens are allowed privacy. I am available at request However utilization is not mandatory in homes." Cortana said.
"But if everyone has a Chain Code then you'd need to have everyone doing it."
"When a child is born in our hospitals just as a checking of the fathers DNA is standard practice so is cataloging at birth. Anyone arriving from foreign nations and wish to join will require registering a Chain-Code to receive a proper Passport."
"So what's your educational system like?"
