Twenty-Three • Complete (Final)

Start from the beginning

Today is the day. They were getting married. The boy made sure his light blue tie was on right. He had his face completely done up, his eyes painted blue, purple, and white. They had spent another year and about two months to plan their wedding, and it was extravagant. The venue was outdoors, and it resembled a forest. In the area where they were getting married was a river, and the background was a wall of rocks with a waterfall. Today had been a little crazy. It started with Jimin's earrings getting lost in his luggage. Then, he almost couldn't find his foundation this morning. On top of all of that, due to the crazy night Taehyung, Jin, Jungkook and he had, he'd accidentally slept in for an hour. Finally though, they were almost ready to start. Jimin was officially going to be married to Yoongi. He was more than excited to be called his husband. "You look so good Min!" Jin smiled making sure the veil on Jimin's head looked okay. "Thank you, I hope Yoongi likes it." The boy turned away from the mirror grabbing his bouquet. "He's gonna love it. You look so beautiful! Watch his jaw fall to the floor." Taehyung said walking away from another mirror that was in the dressing room. "It's time for us to get into position, we'll see you out there. It'll go great!" Jin smiled and the three men piled out. Jimin took a deep breath before meeting up with his uncle who had shown to walk Jimin down the isle.

Once the music had started, it was the groomsmen turn to walk down the isle first. After, Saem walked out in a cute purple tuxedo, with a basket full of purple and blue petals. He threw the petals as he walked down the isle and the crowd stood up. Jimin and his Uncle rounded the corner, his bouquet full of blue, purple, and white flowers. All eyes were on him, and truthfully it was making him a bit shy. He let his eyes set on his soon to husband. Jimin was more than excited to spend forever with him. Yoongi couldn't help the tears that had sprung into his eyes seeing his Love walk down the isle. Jimin looked so gorgeous, he was going to be his forever. Once at the front the boy quietly thanked his dad before walking up the steps. Jimin handed his bouquet to Jin, before turning to Yoongi and holding his hands. "You look gorgeous," The man whispered. "Thank you, you look handsome." The boy smiled.

The crowd sat down and the rest of the wedding began. The marriage officiant spoke for awhile blessing their marriage before it was time for their vows, which they had written themselves. Yoongi started, "Jimin, you are the light of my life. Which I wasn't expecting when we reconnected. I remember when I discovered I had feelings for you, and it honestly scared me at first. That is until it was obvious you liked me too. Then I took the best chance I've ever taken. Now, you're the only person I see myself with for the rest of my life. I promise to take care of you, and to always be faithful to you. You're my absolute everything, and I can't wait to spend forever with you. I love you so much." Yoongi spoke. The boy stood holding back his tears, Yoongi's vows being so sweet to him. "You next," the officiant gestures toward Jimin. The younger cleared his throat before saying to the other, "Ever since you stepped into my life again, I've been the happiest man I've ever been. You bring light to my life, and your love completes me. Thank you for accepting me and the person that I am. I promise to always be there for you. I also promise to always be faithful to you. You make me feel things I didn't think were even possible. It amazes me to see how far we've come, and I know there's even more years to come with you. I can't wait to enjoy our lives together. You truly own my heart Min Yoongi, I love you so much." He finished smiling softly at Yoongi who had brought one of his hands up to his lips and kissed it softly.

"Do you take this man to be your husband?" The officiant asked Yoongi. "I do," he nodded, slipping the ring onto the boys finger. "Do you take this man to your Husband as well?" The officiant asked Jimin. "I do," he nodded with a bright smile slipping Yoongi's wedding band onto his finger. "I pronounce you husband and husband. You may now kiss your husband!" The officiant cheered with a little chuckle. Yoongi pulled the other into him, Jimin's hands going up to cup the man's cheeks. The man dipped the younger, causing him to giggle before Yoongi planted a sweet kiss against his lips. The whole crowd cheered and clapped for the two. Yoongi pulled Jimin back up and pecked his lips a few more times before turning to the crowd and also cheering as he heard music come on. This was the happiest day of their life. "Your my husband now," Jimin sung playfully leaning in to press one more kiss against Yoongi's lips.

The two had went to an island for their honeymoon. They had rented a beach home for themselves and already had spent the day outside. "Good morning My Love," Jimin smiled as he found Yoongi soaking in the sun on the balcony. "Good morning Baby," Yoongi reached his arm around the boy's waist. He noticed Yoongi had his thinking face on as he watched the ocean view. "Is there something on your mind?" Jimin's hand ran along Yoongi's back as he hugged him squinting his eyes. The boy had just woken up, and the world was very bright. "Mm maybe..." Yoongi chewed on his lip. "What is it?" Jimin asked his eyebrows furrowing. "I was just thinking.. what if soon we start thinking about starting a family? It doesn't have to be soon In the next month but maybe another year or so..?" Yoongi asked with a little chuckle. Jimin knew Yoongi was excited to have a family. That had always been one of his dreams, and the boy had to admit it had been one of his too. If Yoongi was ready to take that step with him, he didn't see anything holding them back anymore. Especially given that they had been together for five years now, and they were married. "I do like the sound of that. I have been wanting to start a family with you," the boy smiled at his husband. Yoongi turned and kissed the boys lips softly. "We're gonna have the best life together."

The rest of their honeymoon was romantic and fun. They had went to a wine tasting event, and had made clay art together. They spent a lot of time out in the sun just like they had when they had really hung out for the first time again. They did admit that was where it all began again. If it weren't for that trip maybe they wouldn't have hung out, and Yoongi wouldn't have confided into him? Either way, he was glad it happened. Now the two were ready to start the next chapter of their lives. Was it gonna be a crazy ride?

That is the end! I'm glad to have been able to share this piece I've been wanting to write for years. If you've stuck around this long, I really appreciate it! I hope you've enjoyed this book. If you'd like a second one about their life and kiddos please do let me know! I introduced Jin having his own pregnancy to sorta introduce the idea of Jimin going through that or if you'd rather he adopt I'm sure I could come up with something. ☺️ that's it for now! Thank you for reading, until next time loves! Editing is officially done now also.
