I smirked at the sight of her face. Her brows are crossed and her eyes are painted with confusion and shock. I can't blame her tho.

"Tita, ano po 'to?" she innocently asked to mom with her usual angelic voice.

"Alright. Anything for Elly, tita," Loua replied and flashed a smile before going inside the interrogation room with the detective.

"Priscilla, I don't understand it," it was Loua's mom.

No wonder, she's a frustrated lawyer who can't make it to the bar exam.

"If she's brought here just for the interrogation, then why did the polices ran a fingerprint test to her two days ago? It's not what I think, right?" Loua's mom clarified. Puno ng pag-aalala ang boses n'ya.

Mom's eyes went down. Enough for the woman upfront her to fully understand the situation.

"My god, Priscilla! I can't believe you! My daughter is not a murderer!" Without a second, she bursted and mom was quick to defend the situation.

"It's not what you think, Mardie.

"It's just that..."

"What? God, I'll drag my daughter away from that room now."

"I'm desperate, Mardie.

"Bullshit! It doesn't give you the just for just dragging other's daughter to your mess and make her responsible for it.

"I'm so sorry, Mardie. I'm so sorry for this," panghingi ng tawad ni mommy na s'yang ikina-ikot ng mga mata ko.

"Freedo!

I walked towards their direction and stood in between her and mom.

"What?" She asked with her face painted with tension.

"I saw Elly and Loua fighting a week before my twin went missing," I answered with a stoic face.

"So it was you, huh? Melly, since when did you care about Elly that now you're naming someone to be responsible for her mess?" sarkastiko n'yang wika saka ako binigyan ng matalim na tingin.

"She's entitled, Mardie. Loua's entitled with it," I firmly stated in a disrespectful manner.

"How dare you!" Well, that was a good slap. Enough to get everyone's attention.

"How dare me," I lowly uttered with a chuckle. Conspicuously mocking her.

"Mardie, what's going on?" biglang dating ng asawa n'ya.

"Mardie, please.
