The dates

Chloe's POV~

"How much longer Char?" I ask, getting impatient.

One vital thing about me is that I have no patience what so ever.

"We'll be there soon Clo, I promise" He says.

"Ok" I sigh.

We have been in the car for at least 2 hours now and it is already 7 pm! I really do hope that we get there soon as I'm so excited and most importantly, very hungry.

Charlie's POV~

Nervous, yes I am feeling quite nervous.

I really do like Clo and I can't stop worrying about our date tonight.

What happens if she doesn't like it? Or what happens if something goes wrong?

All these thoughts are making me worse.

I really do need to stay calm.

I look out of the window and realise we're quite near.
"Clo, close your eyes, if you see where we are, it will give it away" I tell her as she closes her eyes.

"And no peeking" I say.

"And what would happen if I do peek?" She teases.

"Then I'll take you back to the hotel" I say teasing her back.

"Ok! I promise I won't peek!" She says.

"Good"

The car comes to a stop and I realise that we are here. I get out of the car and jog over to the other side of it.

"My lady" I say as I open Clo's door.

"Ah, why thank you kind sir!" She says.

She starts to reach out for my hand, but because she has her eyes closed still she keeps failing to find my hand, so I grab her hand and pull her out of the car, with a big smirk on my face.

Electricity is running up and down my arm right now, due to our skin contacting. I'm in heaven.

Chloe's POV~

"Are we there yet?" I ask, as curiosity builds up inside me.

"Almost" He says.

We stop walking and Charlie let's go of my shoulders and tells me to wait here, then after a few seconds he is back. He comes up behind me and places one of his hands on the left side of my waist.
I quietly gasp at his touch. Then, he tells me to open my eyes.

I open my eyes and I am shocked because of where we are. Charlie has brought me to a beach, I literally can not believe it; I have always dreamt about my first date being on a beach. I scream loudly and turn around and hug Charlie really tight. As I let go of him I notice he is carrying a picnic basket. I smile at him widely, knowing what he has planned.

Jess's POV~

"I see maccies!" Me and Leo shout at the same time. We both look at each other and burst out laughing.
"Is it ok if we get drive thru Jess? As I have something else planned too" Leo asks me.
"I thought we were just having a maccies date" I say to him, with a wide grin on my face.
"We still are having a maccies date, just the location will be better then it is in there"
"Fine by me" I say.

"Maybe I should hold on to the bag, you know, just incase" I say as I take the maccies bag out of Victoria's hands, directly looking at Leo.
"Oh come on Jess! I'm not going to eat it all! We're saving it for when we get to the surprise location, remember? Plus, I did kind of pay for it" Leo says cockily, taking it out of my hands.
"Because you would not let me pay!" I argue back, snatching it back.
"You two stop arguing! I'll hold it so neither of you can eat it!" My mum says as she reaches towards us and grabs the bag out of my hands. Then she turns back around and smiles at Victoria.

After a few minutes of driving, the car finally stops. I really want to know where Leo has brought me to, but I can't see anything as it is pitch black outside. Plus, I'm starving and that food isn't going to eat itself.

"Wait here" Leo says as he gets out of the car. I turn towards the right side of the car to ask him where he is going but he has already gone.

Then suddenly my door is opened by Leo.
"We're here" He says as I step out of the car. Right now I'm really confused, all I can see is pitch black.
"Bye guys have fun, we will pick you up in 2 hours" Victoria says through my open door.
"Thanks mum, see you later" Leo says as he goes back into the car and comes back out with the maccies bag. He then shuts the door and waves as they drive away.
"So, a date in the dark?" I ask sarcastically.
"Now, we could do that, but I have something else planned"
"Something else planned?" I ask.
"Yeah, come with me" He says as he grabs hold of my hand and entwines our fingers together; right now my hand feels like it is on fire.
Then, he grabs his phone, uses the torch on it and starts to walk.

We stop walking and I can't see anything different. Leo then grabs his bandanna off of his head and un does it. He then places it over my eyes and ties it at the back of my head.
"No looking" He says.
"I can't see a thing buddy, don't worry" I say smiling.
"Haha very funny! Don't fall over ok"
"Yes sir!" I mock salute.
He laughs and then locks our fingers together once again. I could get so used to this.

He then starts to walk forward, so I do as well, not wanting to fall over. We then come to a stop and he let's go of my hand. He then comes behind me and starts to untie the bandanna. It finally comes off and I open my eyes.

My eyes widen at what I see. There standing right in front of me is an open tent with fairy lights wrapped around the interior. I also notice thick tartan blankets and pillows. A big smile forms on my face and I run up to Leo and hug him instantly.
"I love it!" I say as I rest my head on his shoulder, inhaling his scent.
"I'm so glad you like it princess. Come inside with me, otherwise this chicken will go cold" He laughs.
"Yeah, it would still taste good though" I say.
"Yeah" He says as he walks into the tent and sits down on the blankets and pillows.
"You coming?" He asks me.
"Obviously" I say.
I walk into the tent and sit next to Leo and he opens the bag of food. He hands me my meal and I immediately start to eat it.
"Mmm, this is good" I say.
"Yeah it is" Leo says whilst stuffing chips into his mouth.
"Pig" I mumble.
"What was that?" He asks.
"Nothing, I was just saying how nice your eating habits are"
"Your too kind Jess"
"Tell me about it" I grin.
"No" He says as he eats more chips.

Once we have done eating we end up laying on our stomachs next to each other, looking at the stars.

I've always loved the stars. They're one of my favourite things.

"So, tell me, how did you manage to pull this off?" I ask cockily, once again.
"Ah, if I tell you I'd have to kill you" He says in a serious tone.
"Oh, you wouldn't dare?" I ask in fake disbelief.
"Oh, I would" He says as he stares into my eyes. Once again I am lost, lost into another world. Then I see Leo leaning in, but this time, I lean in too.
