Chapter 11

Kevin had just ordered his men to prepare for the Introduction . He simply shouted out to his Pack that Evan was his mate. No one other than the Elders and his Beta and Gamma knew exactly about their previous plan. It was only exclusive to them. So he didn't needed to explain. So he told that Evan would be their luna. Any complaints are to be said directly to him. Of course no one said anything instead they began to work on the Event.

Kevin tugged at his shirt.Removing the crisps. He had told to Stefan to bring Evan to his office. But still there was no trace of them. He looked longingly at the door. His Babe. What was taking so long.
The creak of the door pulled hin out of his thoughts. And Evan sweet lilac smell evaded his nose. Kevin stood up mersmerised that even Evan's voice didn't reach him.

"Kevin " Stefan's voice prodded him out of his daze and he stumbled a little before he got his feet under him and trotted over to his husband (!!!!) "You look...Wonderful" he said in a worshipful voice. Evan's cheeks coloured red with flush. "Kevin it's embarrassing- " He said trying to sound stoic as possible.Stefan laughed hard. Oh why was this guy so damn funny.
Kevin also chuckled and held out his hand to his mate."Shall we? The pack is waiting" he said.The albino nodded silently, absentmindedly shaking the nonexistent dust from his shirt. Kevin looked at him dressed in the dark blue coloured shirt and black capris. He looked adorable. Surely Stefan had helped him and dressed him up with Kevin's favorite colours. It surely matched him.

Kevin squeezed his mates hand and Evan looked at him, "Goddess stop with your sappy eyes, you have an audience to address hurry, go " Stefan shouted and rushed them out of the room. Kevin tugged as his hand and soon they were walking in sync towards the hall.

Evan hesitated when the whispers of the pack were within the hearing range. But Kevin tugged him on. The large door openned and he stood at the centre with his husband by his side. knew that he had nothing to be scared of but still he can't help but be weary of thr pack.

Kevin couldn't help but feel smug to the extreme walking in front of his entire pack with their hands clasped together and Evan dressed in Kevin's colours.
He felt his pack gasp. Then he remembered not everyone was there in his wedding. Only the elders, his siblings Sebastian and a few others.Even Markian wasn't present for his wedding.Kevin didn't bother to try and wipe out his grin. He had the most beautiful spouse, no one else came close and they all should be jealous. He and made sure that their clasped hands were clearly visible so that everyone would see that Evan was his, his to cuddle and take care of and feed and keep warm and - focus.

Markian was standing in the front along with Sebastian to welcome them."Luna Evan welcome to our pack" he said as he bowed shallowly. Sebastian had twitchy look on his face, he spasmed when he saw Evan, but nodded shallowly and did his best to look welcoming as he spoke "Hello Luna welcome home" the words were stiff but Kevin was grateful his friend was trying.Evan nodded back with a wary look on his face "Thank you -Beta Sebastian,Gamma Markian"

Markian smiled his close-lipped smile at them and squeezed Sebastian's shoulder in approval for his effort. "The Pack wants me to introduce you formally Luna" He said; Evan sagged a little, "Please" he said a little fast "that would be very preferable"

Evan smiled at Kevin and unclasped their hand, But Kevin didn't let go. He brought it to his lips placing a kiss on the pale wrist. A faint flush that rose on Evan's cheeks. Markian did a good job of keeping his noises of protest almost silent, and Sebastian looked away. Teeths clenched. That didn't go unnoticed by Stefan as he stood beside Kevin. His heart ached. He looked at his mate. Sebastian didn't even noticed his presence. Stefan blinked back tears as he walked out of the room.

Evan stood confused as Stefan walked out. Something was wrong. He wanted to follow him. And Kevin didn't even noticed. "Luna please come with me" Markian said with a smile. Whatever it was Evan would have to deal with it after he is finished here. He straightens up smiling a little, just a faint quirk of his lips, turned to Markian who gestured him to follow him.

Kevin watched them leave with a proud smile. Sebastian shifted next to him "So how is it going ?" he asked reluctantly. Kevin blinked at him, some of his smug glow fading, "I- it's a little Awkward.But it will get better" He said. Sebastian sent him a confused look and Kevin nodded bewilderedly "No I am it's a new relationship? We met on our wedding day. I had no idea it was going to happen. It will take time I guess" Sebastian frowned "He did seem oddly docile" he said slowly, Kevin shrugged "He may look like it, But he is not Seb, It's surreal but we have been wrong about him all along. I know it sounds biased as he is my mate now.But he is different you will know in time. " he sighed again"You remember about the ache I told you about. It happens when he hears people gossip about him. It's like he puts on a show of unfeeling but inside he feels so much that it resonates with me. He had been hurting all his life and I don't know what to do about it" he said, dissatisfied. Sebastian shrugged, having reached the end of his ability to be sympathetic with Evan apparently,. He had no strength to deal with this.

"Either way, did you see how pretty he looks in my colours? Stefan did an outstanding job in dressing him up" Sebastian groaned deeply at Kevin and stomped away. Kevin grinned, full up with delight, everything was right in his world

Evan was fidgety standing next to Markian. The whole pack was present. From elder people to little kids. He tried to hide his anxiety as best as could.
"Smile a little Luna, they will get scared of your face " Markian said.Evan gasped what kind of face was he making. He panicked. And Markian burst out laughing. This guy was the rumored Demon. He resembled a constipated tomato now. Markian looked up to see all the eyes were on him. "Sorry I remember something" He said ignoring Sebastian lurking in a corner and muttering under his breath and Kevin's jealous expression.

Markian introduced the elders who were present. Elder Cilia tried to start up a conversation but Evan's short answers made her give up. The other elders merely nodded. Some people gave him flowers and small tokens. Evan enjoyed it to his hearts fullest. People watched shocked as children surrounded Evan asking bizarre question about his hairs and eyes. Yana the pack Docter started the conversation to everyones surprise, her large warm eyes gleaming as they striked up a conversation about medicine."I'm afraid I didn't think you knew about medicine Luna" the albino nodded to her with a faint twitch of the lips "Thank you Yana, As a docter I have to" he hesitated"But I was always on the frontline so never got practice" Markian blinked. A docter. Indeed there was more to him as Kevin said.

After the introduction. A feast was held. The traditional first dinner with their Luna
The pack couldn't help but notice thier Alpha. He looked happy. They could do with that. Maybe they could also go with the hunt. The first hunt of the Alpha and the Luna together.
