You were peacefully minding your own business in your room. Without the peaceful. Hyun was blasting his music all the way from the living room, on the other side of the house. Were you angry? No not at all. You were livid.
'what does it take for me to have one quiet day here?' you questioned, gripping tightly onto the textbook. By this time, blue static began to go haywire.
Yes... you were multitasking. Not only did you need to train, but you also felt the need to expand on your knowledge. Unluckily, you couldn't find any time to do those things separately and hence deciding to just do both things at the same time.
What a genius, except you couldn't really concentrate on either of the things you were doing with the loud and noisy music Hyun was playing.
With that final piece of sanity left in you, you barged into the living room and grabbed the speaker. Once the speaker had turned off, the house was in total silence. Hyun, exasperated, turned towards you.
"Why'd you do that for?!" he pointed towards the speaker in your hand.
"Too loud, Hyun. Keep it down or I'll throw both you and this speaker out of the house." you, or your phone to be exact, said.
"Oh?! Are you threatening me now? I pay the bills here you ungrateful gremlin!"
"It wasn't a threat... it was a promise. So don't play your music to the point where the whole house is shaking. By the way, your taste in music is sh!t," And with that, you turned around and left the irritated and yet hurt man standing in the living room.
'finally, some peace and quiet' you thought, going back to the textbook, only to be stopped by the ringing of your phone.
It was the alarm... to remind you to wake up for school. Did you stay up all night? Maybe because it was because of Hyun's excessively loud music that you were kept awake all night. Or maybe it was the three cups of coffee you had earlier.
Nonetheless you went on with your morning routine, including walking to school with Jiwoo.
The moment you finally reached your table, it seems as though the effects of the coffee was wearing off. The lack of proper sleep seemed to be taking a toll on you.
