"Ha, this son of a b!tch sure knows how to fly..." The boy said as he trampled over Jiwoo.
"Tch.. The wh!re acts all high and mighty just cause you scored 1st in the whole school. Mute b!tch," He scoffed as he raised his hand to slap you.
'i smell jealousy...but go off i guess'
"I've had enough of this guy." Again the boy said, this time clenching his fists and swinging them at Jiwoo.
The classroom was silent, no one was moving an inch. Was no one going to interfere? Their eyes. Their stare. What was wrong with them?
No. What was wrong with you? This was the society you live in. Were you the odd one out? Probably... Maybe not.
You too, didn't- no. You couldn't move an inch. It wasn't that you didn't bother to help. You were selfish. Helping Jiwoo would only get you into more trouble. You were just like them... Afraid.
However unlike what you expected, Jiwoo had dodged the punch.
"You freaking dodged me again?" The boy, face flushed in anger, kicked Jiwoo's knee then continued to kick Jiwoo consecutively.
"We were so bored. Good thing we found you! Looks like going to school will be fun for a while." The boy said as he looked down upon Jiwoo.
'Did they forget my existence..?? Again?'
The boy turned around, disappointed that Wooin was not here for him to play with. "Seems like he's ready for round two." The boy said as he watched Jiwoo stand back up on his two feet. You? You just sat there on your seat, watching.
Pathetic, you were. Shouldn't friends stick together? Shouldn't they stand up for one another? Well, that was what Jiwoo was doing, but not you.
Jiwoo fought sincerely for Wooin. You didn't stand a chance. You looked down in shame. Was he your friend even?
"Hey! What's going on here?!" The teacher slammed the door open, revealing the three bullies bloodied and unconscious on the floor.
"It's you guys again?! Everytime...! Who did you fight with... Jiwoo?" The teacher was shocked to say the least. One of his best students had got into a fight, such an unlikely behaviour.
"Hm... Someone take Jiwoo to the nurse please." The teacher ordered, though no one was willing to do so. They looked away and ignored what the teacher said.
