Yeah, that was right. You had forgotten your wallet on the dining table when u rushed out earlier this morning. Now, you were speed walking back to school after rushing back to get your wallet.
But Y/n, why don't you just leave your wallet at home?
'No. In my wallet, there's my lunch money. And I need my lunch money for food. I brought an extra $3 to spoil myself. In no way am I going to skip lunch'
Okay Y/n... we get it. You have your priorities right. It was 3 minutes before the school gates would close, however you had already given up on the idea of running back to school. Why?
Well, your stamina wasn't the best and there was a reason why you weren't in any after school clubs.
As you were speed walking back to school, a gush of wind breezed past you as something- or someone dashed by your person.

And that, was the story of how you and Kayden ended up in Shinhwa's training centre...again.
Jisuk slammed the door open, walking in with Kayden on his shoulders as the boy held a bucket of popcorn.
'where did he even get it?... on second thought, why am i even here?'
"Nice! It didn't start yet!" Jisuk exclaimed in excitement, as he entered the training compounds, all attention now on the both of you as you followed suit.
"Ka... Casien Nitrate!! Ah Y/n! I didn't even realise you weren't with us!" Jiwoo yelled enthusiastically, both hands in the air.
'... i've been getting that a lot'
"Hey, Jisuk! Are you kidding? You really brought popcorn?! Wanna die?!" Subin scowled, irritation laced in her words.
"Why? Popcorn's perfect for this?" Jisuk teased, munching casually on the unhealthy snack he had gotten.
As Jiwoo picked Kayden up in his arms, right behind was Inhyuk...ogling. Though the stare wasn't directed at you, you still felt uncomfortable as you stepped away from the man.
Subin impatiently yelled for the spar to start. Immediately snapping back to reality, Inhyuk coughed into his hand.
"Ahem... As you all know, the battle will begin at the starting sound."
Just as the last beep sounded, Subin immediately flew back, impacted by Wooin's first move.
'that was...fast' you thought, looking over to what seems like Subin's lifeless body. And as if on instinct, Jisuk cackled, clearly amused by the sight.
"F!ck, I knew it. He always lands the first blow as soon as the fight begins. And Subin was just there babbling like that. Then she gets beaten up!" Jisuk continued laughing. This was obviously just a mere entertainment for him.
'you wouldn't be laughing if that was you in Subin's position...' you sweatdropped at Jisuk's obnoxious behaviour.
"Good job, good job. You never change do you?" Jisuk went up to Wooin, slapping him on the back twice as a congratulatory pat on the back kind of thing.
Still grasping on what had just happened, Subin got right back up, ready to fight.
"Stop right there. This is Wooin's win." Seongha Park stepped up before Subin does anything reckless... again.
"But sir! I was off guard for a moment. He only got me once!" The girl protested.
"He got you just one when you had your guard down? Don't you realise that one unguarded moment could've cost you your life, and not just the win?"
"If Wooin had continued to attack you when you were down, you would've been hurt badly." He continued.
'...dang, that's deep'
"If you're that upset, let's do it again." This time it was Wooin who suggested. Jisuk was clearly in for it.
"Wooin, you shouldn't assume that was all of Subin's potential. Subin is always compared to Jisuk. That's how strong she is." Seongha warned, worried for Wooin.
'...that means I can make her slap herself'
"She won't accept this outcome anyway," Wooin replied nonchalantly, okay with the idea of fighting with Subin again.
'I'm friends with crazy people' you mentally sighed.
"I really like you. Okay! Let's get it on!" Subin said, cracking her knuckles. This time ensuring she doesn't make the same mistake again.
"S-Subin..." Jiwoo called out worriedly.
"Shut up! Why are you acting friendly?!" The girl exclaimed back, causing you to glare back at the girl at her aggressive words directed at Jiwoo.
'How dare you say that to Jiwoo?! You're lucky I'm still recovering! I would've made you slap yourself!' You restricted from throwing your shoe at her.
"Um... your nose is bleeding..." Jiwoo pointed out, softly.
'👁👄👁'
"HEHEHEHE! SUBIN'S GOT A DOUBLE NOSEBLEED! How embarrassing!" Jisuk laughed uncontrollably, pointing at the girl's injury.
At this point, he was the only one who was enjoying the scene.
"Shut up, you a!shole!"
"Don't wanna! Hahahaha!"
You took back your statement about them reminding you of Inhyuk and Mr. Park when they argue. Subin and Jisuk were much more insufferable. A match made in hell of you would.
You sighed, pinching the bridge of your nose.
