"Let me catch that eye of yours looking here and you'll know if you can look anyhow or if it's your eyes" Amarachi threatened her
"See this girl oh! Are you threatening me or what?" Kachi asked raising her voice, trying to attract students to our class
"Better don't raise your voice before you'll end up embarrassing yourself" Channelle advised
"Who's the rat that talked? Who put your mouth? Mind your business oh!"
" You shouldn't have come to school today! Cause it seems you want to spend your day in the school clinic" Amarachi said, going closer to her.
I dragged her back, whispering a few words to her.
"Leave that dwarf, I'll give you guys the gift during Lunch but it comes with a condition," Channelle told us
"Gift that comes with a condition, this your gift ehn," I said
"It's more like a goodbye note, I'll explain to you guys at the table"
"Okay! I guess I'll see you guys later" Amarachi left the class, still dragging eyes with Kachi.
I proceeded to tell Channelle all the things that happened when I was at home.
"Babe!" She called out
"What is it?"
"Are you prepared for these exams? It's next week oh"
I smiled goofy "seems you aren't prepared"
"I am"
"Okay! I'm also prepared. So tell me little things of this gift of yours " I Leaned closer to her
"You'll hear those 'little things ' during Lunch" she air quoted
"Okay oh!"
Lunch- Cafeteria
Channelle's POV
"Elle! Amarachi told me you have gifts for us" Jimmy said with food in his mouth
"Yes I have gifts for you guys" I brought the gifts out, pushing a gift each to their front
"What's the occasion?" Jason asked examining the gift.
I was about to answer him when I saw Amarachi trying to tear the nylon, "don't open it!" She dropped it immediately, "What? Is it bomb?" She asked still trying to recover from the shock
"Aboki, it's not a bomb" I reassured them
