This is the third story I've written about Fleishman and Graves, galactic undertakers. They live on a dump of a planet called Junkland which was made out of trash put into orbit to circle the Earth. Life is pretty miserable there, making it the perfect place to run an undertakers.

Richard Graves is the narrator and main man of action. He likes to get stuck into his work. Sometimes literally. Bruce Fleishman prefers to be behind the scenes, filling in spreadsheets, eating cookies and telling Graves what to do.

In this story we find F n' G getting into a little bit of bother while trying to help out their old friend and gangster Boss Goon. Goon is a Fartlian male, two feet tall, fluffy and exceedingly cute (and dangerous).

Things take a turn for the worst and only some inspired thinking and perhaps a little spiritual intervention can save the day.

Like a Puppet on a String is suitable for all audiences. It doesn't have anything gory although the themes are a little macabre. Some reader discretion is advised. But not much.

So what about my other F n' G stories? "The Neptoidian", will be published in the next edition of SciFi Lampoon which is due out in the next couple of months. Story 2 is submitted in a couple of places and I hope to have good news on that one soon.

Thanks for reading everyone and don't forget to vote and comment!!!
