Until We Meet Again (HIATUS)

Chapter 16

Mia POV

I woke up to see my parents and brothers all staring at me. I got embarrassed and snuggled closer to Vincey. I hear him telling everyone to leave. He sits up and puts me on his lap facing him.

"Did you sleep well?"

"Yep." I answer a bit shy and snuggle back into him.

He just chuckles and picks me up to take me downstairs. He keeps bouncing me up and down and tickling me. It is so fun!

We got into the kitchen and Mama comes and grabs me.

"Principessa, how did you sleep?" she asks as she puts me in a chair.

"Good!"

She just smiles back and is about to say something when a noise goes off in the back. She heads over to it and suddenly I am being moved.

"Ceci, good morning!" He says with a smile.

I was about to reply when my stomach started to grumble. And I blush.

"Ah! I hear that you hungry, huh? Let's see what we have for you to eat." He says as he starts putting a plate of food together. Yummy!

"Here you go! Do you need help?"

I just nod my head no. He looks over at me to make sure and continues eating his food. This food is so good! I wonder why I got to eat again today. Maybe, it's a reward for coming back? Hmm. Yeah it is!

I am lost in my own world munching on this yummy food when I suddenly feel a ticklish feeling on my foot. I look down and I see Ro-Ro trying to get my attention.

"Ah. Finally got you out of your food haze." He chuckles.

I just shrug at that.

"Anyways, we were wondering if you wanted to do some sibling bonding time together like watching a movie or go swimming?"

Hmmm. I never watched a full movie, but I heard it was fun. And I do not know what swimming is.

"S-swimming?" I ask.

He seems to be a bit shocked by my confusion, but it goes away quickly.

"Yes, swimming. It is an activity you do in water. It is quite fun! We can teach you if you want. " He replies with a warm smile.

Seems like fun. I wanna do it!

"Swimming, p-please."

He nods his head and is about to reply when someone cuts him off.

"Roc, I don't think swimming is going to be good for Mia in her condition."

I look over and I see it is Santi. I frown a little when he says I cannot do it. I might not know what swimming exactly entails, but I know I can do it! I think Santi notices my frown because he picks me and snuggles me into him.

"Stella, I didn't mean to make you sad. But right now you have boo-boos that need time to heal correctly. Swimming might make them worse because of the chemicals in the pool."

"Mmm. K." is all I say.

I start squirming so I can be placed down and he got the message as I was set on the floor. I go to the closest person which happens to be Tony. I tug on his pants and reach my arms out to him. He got the message and picks me up. And I cuddle into his chest. Letting a few whimpers and tears out.

"Fiore, it's okay. Santi isn't trying to be mean. How about we go watch a movie today and then later when you are all better we can go swimming?"
