"Yeah, no. Brunette's are more my type."

"You shouldn't have to have a type Marco. You should be open with who you date." I glare at Marco who just shrugs his shoulders.

The waiter then leaves awkwardly.

"Did you see with what happened with Mario at the game on Saturday?" Marco asks and I nod.

"Yep, can't blame the fans but, he did decide to warm up there." I shrug my shoulders.

"People could lessen their hostility towards him." Marco comments and I shake my head.

"He went to the enemy. That's what happened. If a player went from Barcelona to Real, or vice versa, they would get the same thing." I shrug my shoulders and Marco shakes his head at me.

"You used to be in love with him Lia. What changed?" He asks and I stare straight into his eyes.

"He left for the enemy. He's a traitor. I will not a love a person who can leave so easily like that." I answer and he nods.

"He loved you too Lia. He still loves you and cares for you." Marco leans forward on the table and I just stare at him.

"He can feel however he wants to feel, but I do not care." I pronounce every word in the sentence and then I lift up the menu and pretend to skim through even though I already know what I want.

I'm too busy mentally cursing Marco for even bringing him up.

Then a horrible thought come to mind.

"Is he coming tonight?" I ask and Marco gives me an innocent smile.

"Maybe." He whispers.

"Oh my fucking God, you could having fucking told me before I agreed to come." I shout at him and he shrugs his shoulders.

"That's exactly why I didn't tell you." He smiles.

The waiter then comes back and we order our food.

When our food does come half an hour later it was absolutely amazing.

And I'm not that big a fan of sea food but that sushi was amazing.

"Are you ready to leave?" Marco asks after paying the bill. I nod and then stand up from my chair, collect my things into my bag and then pull on my jacket.

"Thank you." Marco and I say at the same time as we leave the restaurant and then into Marco's car.

"Promise me that you'll try to get along with Mario tonight." Marco announces once we're on the road again and are driving to the club.

"No promises." I mutter and look out the car window.

"Promise me Lia."

"No promises." I say sternly getting annoyed at Marco.

"Promise me." He repeats about a dozen times before I scream out and glare at my brother.

"Fine." I scream making Marco smile wide.

"Great."

-----------------------

Loud music erupts as the club doors open and I feel the bass beat and hit into my body. I grab onto Marco's hand as we get taken through the club and then up the stairs into the VIP section of the club. People shout for Marco so he just turns around and waves quickly at his fans before turning back and we keep walking.

"Ah." I shout as I trip over my heel but Marco catches me and smiles.

"Careful." He mutters with a small smile.

"Thanks." I say while composing myself so I'll be able to walk normally on the heels again. "So is it like National team people?" I ask as we are lead through the VIP area.

"Yeah, not everyone but a lot of them." Marco turns to face me so I nod and keep a tight grip on his hand so I don't get lost.

We then stop at a booth at the furthest away from the entrance. I see a lot of the players and their girlfriends and then I see her.

Ann-Kathrin.

"You didn't tell me that she was here. I wouldn't have come if I knew that the bitch was going to be here." I shout and stop Marco before we go in.

"I didn't actually realise she was coming, so I wouldn't have been able to tell you." He answers and I sigh extremely loudly.

"I can't promise I'll be nice to her or even speak to you." I say and then walk away from Marco and into the booth. "Hi guys." I say and smile at everyone.

"Hi Lia." Lisa shouts and jumps off of Thomas and into my arms.

"Hi Lisa." I say and smile wide and give her a hug.

I smile and sit down next to Lisa and Thomas with Erik at the other side of me.

"So have you got a girlfriend yet?" I ask Erik making him smile yet shake his head.

"Nope, I'm still single." He says with a smile.

"What about your friend, Magdalena, how is she?" I ask making him smile wide.

"She's great, she's amazing. Her books are being translated..." He trails off talking about her with so much excitement making me smirk.

"So you like her?" I ask and he immediately denies.

"No, she's my best friend."

"Don't lie to me you little shit." I whisper, he probably doesn't want a lot of people to know. He sighs, runs a hand through his hair and then speaks.

"Don't tell anyone." He whispers and I place a hand on his shoulder and smile.

"I won't now, when are you going to ask her out?" I ask and he shakes his head.

"I can't do that."

"Yes you can." I say and he shakes his head again.

"I can't, she's my best friend and I don't want to lose her." He says.

"You can lose her from being with her and not being with her. It wouldn't matter." I look over at him and he shrugs his shoulders.

"I don't know. Maybe, but not right now." He says and I nod.

The rest of the night goes by quickly.

I ignored Ann-Kathrin and Mario all night and instead spent it dancing with Lisa.

Marco dropped me home but it was a very awkward car ride since Mario is staying with Marco- again-

He really should just move back because he does spend more time here than he does in Munich.

-So Ann-Kathrin and him were in the back of the car making out.

"Good night." I say and give my brother a kiss on the cheek. "Love you."

"Bye Lia." Ann-Kathrin shouts with a massive smirk on her face and I leave.

Stupid bitch.
