"...We should probably get rid of the them before we start eating. It's uncomfortable..." you typed. Hyun looked over to the knocked out men on the floor in consideration.

"Should we throw them in the dumpster?" He suggested.

Did you and Hyun throw their bodies in the dumpster? No. That was too risky, passers-by might think that the both of you were a serial killer duo or something like that. Then, the police would get involved and that would not be a good family bonding experience.

Instead, you waited for the two men to wake up. Once they did, Hyun invited them for dinner. You on the other hand, ensured they did not run or cause anymore problems for the both of you.

What an amazing way to end this Family bonding day.

Once dinner was over, you escorted the two shivering men out the door. However before they could even flee, you caught them by their collar.

"Forget everything that happened in the last 24 hours," you whispered, before shoving them out of the property and slamming the door close.

From the inside, you could hear the confused men conversing.

"...how did we get here?"

"I don't know man. Why are we here in the first place?"

"Bro, you wanna go get food?"

"Nah, i feel full, let's just go home,"

The shuffling of feet outside soon subsided, meaning that the two intruders had left. This was one hell of a day.

Unknown to the two siblings, Hyun, an ordinary human, had just knocked down two men, awakened... how embarrassing would that be for them? But it's fine, because they forgot everything that happened that day.

After that shenanigan a day ago, you and Hyun decided it was best if you had no more of those family bonding days for a while.

Here, you sat in Jiwoo's home. Oh, Wooin was here too. Where was Jisuk, you ask? Well he-

"Guys, I'm here!" the said boy barged through he door with humoungous bags filled with what you assumed were cat treats.

'...what in the world' you mentally facepalmed.

He was being weird again, but this was Jisuk we're talking about. The boy offered a cat treat towards Kayden with both his hands, as if the cat were some kind of god.

"I told Jiyoung I'll attend the academy. Unless something comes up, it's certain I'm going." Jisuk informed, feeding one of the cats casually.

"I see. That's good."

Today, Jiwoo was not as bright. Strange.

"Huh? What's wrong? You seem so down." Jisuk shifted closer as he observed Jiwoo more.

"Huh? Do I? Nothing happened."

"Mr. Smiley Face's got a long face today, and you say nothing happened?" Jisuk inched closer. You too, were concerned. You could force Jiwoo into telling you, but that would be very low of you.

"Somebody broke into Jiwoo's house the other day." This time it was Wooin who spoke for Jiwoo.

"Really? Me too!" You exclaimed in surprise, slightly raising your hand.

"What?! Your houses got robbed?" Jisuk, yelled.

"No, I had dinner with them..."

"It wasn't a robber. One of your people broke in to investigate Jiwoo...and apparently Y/n too," Wooin said, whispering the last part.

"By our people, you mean...Shinhwa? Really?!" Jiwoo only forced out a laughter as a reply.

"Hey, how can you be laughing right now? Why didn'tyou tell me?" Jisuk rhetorically asked, concerned.

"It's not a big deal. When I came home, the intruders were knocked out already. Jiyoung and Mr. Goo took care of it. From the incident, I found out only a few from Shinhwa can participate in the academy," Jiwoo explained.

"I heard that everyone placed in a lot of effort to attend... after hearing that, I wasn't sure if I had the right to participate."

'is this why Jiwoo was down?' you blinked, processing the words Jiwoo had verbalised.

You scooted over, frowning as you brought your hand close to the boy's forehead, knocking it lightly.

"I think you're worthy, Jiwoo." you verbally told him, smiling. The said boy jumped at your forwardness, and as well at the fact that you, verbally said his name.

The amount of words you uttered may be little, but it was the sincere tone in your words was what made their heart clench.

You thought this was wholesome? Jisuk had already made a plan to defend Jiwoo... physically..

And your job, was to bring that pretty smile back to where it belongs.
