"Alright. But I want something in return." I spoke up after a short silence.

"What could you possibly want in return? I'm already letting someone teach you how to fight, that's enough!" Peter argued back.

"I will obey to that stupid order of yours if you let Alek go. He hasn't done anything wrong and won't be a danger to you. I am your prisoner too and yet you leave me to walk around freely while I am being ignorant and stubborn to you." I stated.

Peter opened his mouth to say something but closed it again. He seemed irritated by the truth but luckily accepted it.

"Deal." He said, sighing deeply and rubbing his temples before motioning Roy to do as I said.

Roy started to protest but Peter cut him off, telling him to shut up. Roy's face turned into a frown and he then stormed out of the treehouse, pushing into my shoulder with his and growling at me while doing so.

*~*~*~*

"Okay, punch me." Ordered Nate.

My eyes widened and I stared at him dumbfounded.

"Wha- No way!" I protested.

"Oh come on, you won't hurt me. I just want to see how you punch." Nate said, shrugging.

"No, I won't-" I was cut off by Nate.

"Felicity!" He said in a warning tone.

I stared at him in shock, he really wanted me to go on with this.

Felicity is not my name.

I thought before clenching my jaw and opening my legs, taking the right pose so that I could punch him. Was I really going to do this?
Before Nate could say something else I punched him right in his chest, making him only stumble a bit before he found his balance again.

"Now that's no way to do it. I must say, you have some power in you but we have to find a way to get it out of you. Here, punch this sack." He commented before pointing at a sack that was hanging from a tree branch.

I sighed and took the same pose again, punching the sack as hard as I could.

"Nice, but in the position you're standing your opponent will easily take you out. You have to move your upper body part and steady your hips and feet." Nate announced.

His foot gently pushed mine behind my left leg, but in a way that my two legs were still apart. He then grabbed my hips with his big hands and turned them 90°, holding them there.

"Punch the dummy." He ordered and I did as told.

Nate was right, my position was much better now and I could punch more easily.

"Much better. But you need to work on that. Okay, so today's lesson will only be the basics, you need to know how to punch, kick and dodge."

I looked at him, not believing that he was actually serious about this.

"Isn't this a bit too harsh for a first lesson?" I asked.

"It is, but like I said before, you gotta start somewhere and I wanna see what you got in you." He replied.

Time passed by and the night had fallen. I had been training for hours, but since there was no time in Neverland, I counted it as a whole afternoon. Nate was a good but very strict teacher, he made me kick, punch and dodge sacks, fruits and himself. I was tired and sore and wanted nothing more than to fall on my bed and sleep for days.

"I think we'll leave if here for now. We'll continue tomorrow, same time of the day." Nate announced.

"Hallelujah!" I breathed out, making him laugh.

We walked back to the camp where the Lost Boys were sitting around a fire, eating, drinking and laughing with each other. My eyes searched the place and landed upon Alek who sat behind them, watching the Lost Boys have fun. I walked towards him and sat down next to him.

"I see they let you out." I stated and he chuckled.

"Yeah, thank you for that." Alek replied, smiling at staring at the ground.

I smiled too and looked at the boys that sat around the campfire.

"You're welcome."

Silence.

"I'm taking fight classes." I announced, making his blue eyes shoot up to look at me.

"What? Jade, are you crazy?! Did they force you to do so? If they did I'll-" Alek began but I cut him off.

He knew about my no-violence rules and always made sure not to involve me in anything of that sort. I had my history with fighting.

"It's okay. They didn't force me...well, not exactly." I reassured him.

Alek stared at me in confusion, making me sigh. Looking around to make sure no one was eavesdropping, I began to explain.

"I have an escape plan. But it will have to do with fighting and since they trust me more than you, I have made a deal with Peter." I announced.

Alek stared at me, letting my words sink in before replying.

"You always amazed me with your strategy." He laughed.

"And it always amazed me how quickly you could catch up to my plans and agree on following my lead." I laughed as well.

This plan would definetely work. Alek and I were a good team together, we could handle the situation.
