"Ugh. Im gonna miss you Dad." I sigh and hug him one last time.
"Im going to miss you too. But my time is almost over. I will be home very soon. Hey, take good care of you mother, will you?" He says looking me in the eyes.
"Yes" I say and help him with his bags in the car.
"By honey. I will see you soon. Love you." He says stepping into the van.
"I love you too Daddy." I say before he shuts the door.
"It's okay baby." Ross comforts as the cry into his chest.
"Wanna come over my parents house for a while?" He asked kissing my forehead.
"Sure" I say and wipe my tears.
I step in his car and look out the window and listen to The 1975 that Ross put on.
"Hey! You'll never believe what Dad got us!" Ryland says when meeting us at the door.
"Ugh what now." Ross said annoyed.
"Follow me." Ryland says stepping outside.
Ross and I follow only to find a four-wheeler sitting outside the shed.
"And why did he get this?" Ross asked curiously.
"I really don't know but it's cool right?" He says.
"Sure" He replies.
"Wanna ride?" Ross asked and faced me.
