Chapter 11: "Are you sure?"

Ken's POV

I am currently finishing my cup of tea while King was playing with my Nintendo Switch. I gazed upon the windows and suddenly looked at him.

"King, sure akong si Dani yun"

I stared at him because it seemed that he was not paying attention to what I am saying, "Huyy King. Eh kung bawiin ko yang nintendo ko from you. Makinig ka naman"

"Haaa?" he repeatedly asked me as he was wearing the headphones.

I walked towards him and suddenly remove them.

"Uyy grabe naman pare. Naglalaro yung tao dito oh" he protested.

"Mamaya na kasi yang laro mo. May sinasabi ako dito. Kahit kailan ka talaga King"

"Fine. Ano ba kasi yung sinasabi mo ha? Teka nga" then he completely remove the headphones and turned off the gaming device.

"Ang sabi ko ho kasi sure na ako 100% si Dani yung Rita"

"Wow 100% sure talaga. Paano? Anong basis mo?" he grabbed my cup of tea and sipped into it until it was almost empty.

"Signs" I replied to which he suddenly spitted out what he was drinking, "Signs?" he uttered.

"Signs. Oo signs. Dinala ko siya sa restaurant namin diba? Her reaction towards sa mga nakakasabay namin papasok na mga bongga kung manamit, parehong pareho sa reaction niya noong unang punta namin"

"Yun lang?" King then wrinkled his forehead.

I shook my head, "Hindi lang pre. Yung allergy niya sa hipon. Yung father niya na may fishing company. Same sa lahat ng kay Dani"

"Talaga?" I think he's now believing me this time. "Oh tapos?"

"Pre, magkaibigan tayo diba?"

"Oo naman. Sanggang dikit tayo eh. Bakit ba?"
