Start from the beginning
                                    

• deep clean your room + donate stuff you no longer need ( it helps you get rid of clutter and it'll help others. Get rid of all the stuff you don't need or want.)

• listen to your playlist

Day 2:

• drink 8 cups of water

• journal

• workout for 25 - 30 minutes

• do a few chores ( it'll help you and/or your parents )

• take a relaxing bath

Day 3:

• drink 8 cups of water

• journal

• workout for 25 - 30 minutes

• eat a dessert ( rather if you make it or bought it. Have something sweet )

• go outside for an hour ( read, swim, walk, ride bike, ect. Just go outside )

Day 4:

• drink 8 cups of water

• journal

• workout for 25 - 30 minutes

• read a book for at least 15 minutes( can be online or in an actual book, but I suggest an actual book. )

• do a hobby you love or haven't done in awhile

Day 5:

• drink 8 glasses of water

• journal

• workout for 25 - 30 minutes

• stay off your phone for an hour or more ( it clears up drama and you stay off or social media. )

Day 6:

• drink 8 glasses of water

• journal

• workout for 25 - 30 minutes

• clear out your phone ( wash the case and screen, delete unused apps, photos, ect. )

• have a healthy lunch

• visit or talk to significant other or friend ( if busy, you can hang out/talk with a family member. )

Day 7:

• drink 8 glasses of water

• journal

• workout for 25 - 30 minutes

• pamper yourself ( do whatever you want )

Day 1:

• workout for 25 - 30 minutes

• go vegetarian for the day ( try )

• take cute pics of yourself ( you're gorgeous! )

• message your face ( use coconut oil that isn't raw, tea tree oil, olive oil, ect. )

Day 2:

• drink 8 cups of water

• journal

• workout for 25 - 30 minutes

• do a face mask

• get out of the house ( go shopping, to the beach, park, ect. )
