Hybrid 7.9 : Apart?

"So? When do you intend to give her back to her mates?" Vincenzo said calmly

"When Head is arrested." The Colonel answered

Mira blanched as she looked at the human Colonel.

"That was not what you-"

A knife flew and made a long cut through the Commanders cheek. A bloody cheek. Jimin was casually playing with his knife, throwing it in the air and catching it back. He had always several of those on him.

"I want my mate back. Before tomorrow morning." Jimin said sweetly smiling at the Commander

"Is that a threat J?" The Colonel stuttered eyes widened in fear

"Take it however you want." Jimin grinned before his ears moved in realization "Or maybe you won't even have to do it, because I will."

Taehyung was already outside as the helicopter had started again. The Colonel was about to protest, but the hybrid laws were clear: One shall never separate mates. 

Humans or Hybrids. 

It was one of the first ten new laws written by Justice North. Carefully standing up Namjoon looked at Mira who unconsciously shivered before looking at the Colonel again.

"Breaching the law at your rank. That's an interesting move."

The wolf hybrid walked out. He knew that Melody would be seen as their weakness, but what the ones around them didn't understand was that it was quite the opposite. Having seven hybrids on loose in search of their last piece was much more dangerous than having a terrorist head. Panthers shifting beside him and running in opposite direction, Namjoon sniffed the air as Jungkook closed the door sighing. Melody's scent had died down, the meeting had lasted for several hours as the sun was now shining.

My head was killing me. I dizzily opened my eyes as I took my surroundings in. I wasn't at the camp anymore for sure. It had been late at night and now was early in the morning. I blinked noticing ties on my side, ropes that were torn apart and I looked at my wrist. They were red and hurting. 

I quickly remembered what happened: Mira's betrayal and Soobin taking me away. Now, it seemed like there were some arguments going on with your kidnappers. Soobin was standing protectively in front of you, Yeonjun on his side and another hybrid that you had never seen before.

"Move."

Facing them, 15 human soldiers. Wearing a white and blue uniform and nervously looking at the three hybrids who remained unmoving.

"You lied. Hence making a plan I already despised even worth." Soobin claimed "When Mira begged me, I had no choice. However, you won't take this girl has a hostage." He growled

"You just must obey orders you freaking animal." The soldier looked red in the face

"Seriously." The hybrid on Soobin's left groaned

Racism between hybrids and humans was still very much present, but you never thought it would be the case in the army. Suddenly raising a gun, the human soldier smirked seeing Soobin still. No that you were far from your mates, the awkward taste of fear was crawling back full force into your veins. Yeonjun glanced at you and you gave him a questioning glance. He grimaced.

"Are you pointing your gun at me right now?" Soobin scoffed in irritation

"We need to take the girl. So just be nice kids and go back. We won't hurt her, Colonel's orders."

The soldier who just spoke was standing on the side. Dressed in a similar uniform to what Yeonjun and the other hybrids was, he looked utterly annoyed by the situation but more by his comrades than anything else.
